I had the opportunity to visit their offices, I opened the door the the most wonderful smell of coffee! Everyone was friendly and informative. I love their coffee, If you haven't tried it, I encourage you to.

This is the best coffee I have ever had. I was first introduced to this company when I worked for a small local coffee shop in Buffalo and we only served this brand. The most popular flavor that we served everyday was Jamaican Me Crazy. I got hooked - and I order this by the 5lb bag (15 lbs at a time!) constantly. It's the only coffee I drink. I gave some to my brother and sister in law and THEY like it so much that THEY order it - all the way down on Long Island! When I call, they know me, they remember my order. They are the BEST in terms of service and quality. I absolutely love them. I haven't ordered in a while because I'm pregnant and had to cut out coffee (disagrees with my stomach now) but I am counting the days till I can go back!!! I miss it!

Best flavored coffees available. Many choices, all of them I've tried are tasty. I like a richer roast, and Finger Lakes are mediumroast unlike the typical light roast flavored beans available at the grocery store. The chocolate almond is particularly tasty, bold, and smooth. They also have delicious iced and hot coffee beverages in-store that are good as well.

I usually don’t write reviews but sometimes the services is so good that you are compelled to do so.
I ordered 25 lbs of coffee for my business which was giving us a problem with the coffee maker that we use (Bunn). The coffee basket would “bloom” or run over during brewing making my order unusable.
I called Finger lakes Coffee Rosters and explained the problem. I spoke with Bonnie who expressed concern and empathy for the issue and set forth to correct the problem immediately. She explained that she felt there was an issue with the coarseness of the grind and would send out a new shipment. Within two days I had received a new shipment with the correct level of grind and a return postage paid shipment receipt to send back the coffee that would not work in our brewer.
Service like this is old fashioned and greatly appreciated such service should be the hallmark of every wholesaler/retailer today and should be recognized.
