Loved the coffee. A bit expensive.

I’ve always been an iced caramel latte kind of person and I’ve had them from many different places. But this place was the best by far. My latte was so smooth, the coffee itself is strong but in the best way possible and the staff were incredibly friendly.

LOVE this place and their staff. Always a great cup of locally roasted coffee that they make on premises and a staff that is welcoming and attentive. So appreciative of their incredible effort to stay open during this very challenging time, and to make sure our community, and their staff, are safe and protected. Highly recommend!! Everything is amazing in the customer here since they opened. Staff is super cool and coffee is roasted on premise on the floor of the cafe. My one and only complaint leaky to go coffee cups

Best Coffee Shop and Roaster in Westchester, we love the cold brew, whole bean Circus Dog for making espresso at home is delicious. Coffee is consistently delicious, smooth and never bitter or acrid. Dog friendly atmosphere is a plus!

Coffee Labs has the best coffee I've ever had, full-stop. The owners are lovely people who truly care about the quality of their product- it is their very clear first priority. This place gets crowded, so beware. If you don't like dogs, probably find a different coffee place.

They seem to have a wide selection of roasts to choose from as well....way more than many of the other roasteries around the Hudson Valley. I haven't had the chance to try most of them yet, but I'm looking forward to doing so!

A great local coffee shop featuring a wide variety of blends, roasts, options, and locally made baked goods. Everytime I've come here, I've been satisfied with my coffee. Each brew is flavorful and deep, not watered down at all.

The staff are also helpful and knowledgeable in case you're ever feeling indecisive for what you're in the mood for that day.

I literally go out of my way to drink exclusively Coffee Labs coffees. Their commitment to sustainably raised product, and support for Fair Trade farmers, make me feel good about buying from them. But it’s the perfectly roasted coffee and the nice, mellow vibe of the shop that keeps me coming back year after year.
Their selection of baked goods is by far the best of any coffee shop in the area, too.
