Absolutely fantastic coffee, creative coffee drinks, wonderful staff, and a beautiful space. Now that I've found this place, I'll be regularly driving 30+ minutes (each way) quite happily. Impossible to go wrong with any of their roasts, but the El Salvador Honey is something really special.
Update: Not only is the coffee delicious, the baristas make it beautiful with foam art!

Very cute spot. It has a great feeling coming in. I loved the menu and most of the staff seem so nice. However, once I got my coffee I realized that whole positive 1st experience went out the door.
Barista: (mumbling) “latte!”
Me: i think they said 2% latte? “Is this 2%?”
Barista: aggressively points with extremely dirty finger and fingernails (I didnt know what to think at this point) on the top of the lid with a mask on so sounds extremely muffled, “2% golden latte!”
Me: “ok thanks”
Yeahhhh….no thanks. I bought a candle there as well bc im a huge candle fan and this one smelled of espresso and was made of soy. Happy about that.
Experience with cashier was good too. But that exchange with the more than frustrated Barista with the extremely dirty fingernails wearing a mask sounding muffled was not ok. I get it. You’re busy. I get your fingernails are all up in the beans and what not, I understand your need to wear a mask….but…you’re wearing a mask. You’re not enunciating your words. And you’re serving with flithy hands. That’s some real audacity that I will never be ok with. Wear gloves, wash your hands, get someone else to yell out the orders, and be happy your establishment has people coming there who are nice and tolerable. Don’t treat nice people who are spending good money here like they are a burden.
Pretty much the first and last time I come here. Thanks but its a hard pass for me.

A small but sweet local coffee shop located in Tarrytown. Fresh coffee was very tasty. They sell freshly roasted coffee beans.

Showed up and they were closed for a few days, would recommend calling ahead to confirm they’re open. Went back and the guy at the register was amazing, friendly, helped me pick out a couple pounds of beans for my chemex and espresso setups at home. I also got a fantastic cappuccino and espresso while I was there. The colombian lactic is magical. The roaster guy was a bit rude, honestly, but was very friendly with the white guy behind me. /shrug I love that they roast it right there in the shop though!

Fabulous coffee shop. You can even buy their beans for the days you don't want to leave the house but still need that nectar. I had a hot apple cider last time I was there and it was top notch. Love it!

The baristas here know what they are doing. The coffee is delicious and of great quality. I highly recommend the Coffee lab roster. We always buy our freshly toasted beans for our home. Also, they sell Balthazar's baked goods!

Coffee is average. Pastries sub-average. Staff is extremely rude and condescending. They treat you like they don’t have time for you. One corrected me on my pronunciation of “rooibos”. Turns out I’ve spent a ton of time in South Africa and she was the one that was incorrect!

Fabulous coffee and great barista at the helm. Took some coffee beans for everyday brewing. Blends are top notch.

Fresh, aromatic and flavorful coffee and wide selection of bakery items, I recommend the giant croissants, as well as any of the lattes or cappuccino coffees made with fresh farm milk.
Cozy ambience, mostly trendy crowd and good service.

We LOVE this place. Phenomenal expresso drinks and funky, friendly atmosphere. Been going here for years.
Bit noisy when they’re releasing and cooling the roasted coffee beans but totally worth it to smell that and watch the master at work.
Food choices limited to the yummy pastries in the case. Oh, well. You’re there for the coffee and vibes. ;)
