Exceptional! Walking in starts an experience you will adore. Laurie is wonderful and extremely knowledgeable about her product. The coffee is great, the service is too notch, the prices are the best I have found.

The only reason this place is getting 3 stars is because they do have good coffee. However the snotty customer service or lack thereof turned me off from ever wanting to go back. I walked in the door and was offered coffee flavored syrup over ice cream. I then proceeded to ask if they offered a cold brew or iced coffee. I was snottily told "we are a ROASTER not a cafe" . Excuse me for assuming a roaster may have a cold brew available. A simple "no, I'm sorry we only have hot coffee" would have done the trick. No need to insult my intelligence. It is also odd that you insist that you're not a cafe if you're making and offering coffee flavored syrup with ice cream... I am well aware you are a roaster. If I wasn't aware of that I wouldn't have gone out of my way to your hidden spot in the Genesee valley regional market. Try working on your people skills. It might benefit your business.

This is the only coffee we buy any more- such high quality , the options constantly vary, Laurie and Joe are so knowledgable. My husband travels a lot, out of state for work and always says "this is the best coffee I will have until i get home" ! .

Very neet and clean, lighting perfect to enjoy all the displays in the store. All coffees roasted in house also grinding available if wanted, wonderful people to help with your purchase very knowledgeable about the coffees.

My girlfriend and I love going to this coffee shop. Food is fantastic, store is cozy and everyone working there has always been friendly and helpful.

Great little coffee shop in a redesigned warehouse where they roast their beans and grind them fresh. They are a true gem surrounded by Starbucks, Tim Hortons, and Dunkin' Doughnuts. They only make coffee in a drip brewer (so no lattes unfortunately) but a great cup of coffee only costs a dollar and conversation.

THE BEST COFFEE IN ROCHESTER! The highest quality coffee beans in the area. There is no formal cafe here, but they always offer you a complimentary cup of coffee and it's always great.

Walking in you get hit with that great fresh coffee smell, the service here is great, the staff is beyond helpful. Great prices on their coffee as well. They even might offer you a free cup of joe!
