I'll start my review by stating that if you're into flavored drip coffee, I'm sure this shop will check all the marks. They have a whole wall of flavored beans similar to Wegmans.
I grade coffee shops based on the quality of their latte and look for three things:
1. Espresso extraction
2. Proper milk streaming
3. Freshness of the beans
Optional - latte art (shows the skills of the barista and requires the above 3 things to be correct)
A good latte should be smooth with a velvety mouth feel and a fresh coffee aroma.
I was not impressed at all. Their latte tasted like drip coffee with milk. The espresso was bitter, lacking aroma and the milk wasn't steamed properly. Also they were out of whole milk, which is a key ingredient in a traditional latte.

When I worked in this plaza area, I loved going to this spot almost every day. They have really good coffee, but for me the highlight was they had the best bear claws I've ever had. I know they had baked goods delivered in from one of the local bakeries, and I did ask and was told (at least once, probably more times) which bakery... but for the life of me I can't remember the place. Hopefully they are still serving the same great pastries because these things were delicious. Paired with Finger Lakes coffee, I was powered up to take on the day with caffeine and sugar.

Great Latte's, great Joe Nitro cold brew. Very relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff. Usually don't find places this good in generic plazas

Great place for fresh coffee. Staff is always friendly and they have a nice little seating area with a few outdoor tables

Terrible experience. Barista was very rude to me. Asked for a pour over and she immediately got attitude and told me it would be 15 minutes to make. They had two customers at the time one other barista (I just don’t think she felt like making it). Then when I was entering my email to get a receipt (which I needed to be reimbursed at work) she snickered and roll her eyes because it took me a second to enter.

Love this company but not the cups. My suggestion is to only buy beans not buy coffee here, the cups are so cheap they will spill every time you take a drink. This has happened every time for years to us. We try to only buy beans and leave.

I went to this store last week to grab a few bags of whole bean coffee. I went into the store, grabbed my coffee, stood in line at the big "pick up" sign near the register, and waited patiently to be helped. Cut to five minutes later two more people coming to the store and getting fresh drinks and checked out before me. Not really sure if the store members aren't great at paying attention, or if the signage in the store is awful. Either way Finger Lakes Coffee roasters lost a long term customer.

Bought coffee beans. They ground them for me. Coffee being prices have gone up just letting you

Why kind of coffee shop doesn’t open until 8 AM?!? Extremely disappointing. Had a 50-60 dollar order that ended up going to Dunkin’ because this coffee shop wasn’t open at 7:45. What a crazy assumption that a coffee shop would be open in the morning.
Edit: went there again on Feb 13, 2022. No more mask mandate but couldn’t even go in the door here as they still require masks. Awful establishment.

I love their coffee! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Big selection of flavored coffee, decaffeinated coffee and special roasts.
