Brue Coffee

Ordered and paid for a BLT bagel. Once I recieved it I thought they mightve forgotten to put lettuce on it. I asked the barista if they could put lettuce on it, and I was told that " I should've been told that they didn't have lettuce" (despite lettuce/greens being on multiple items on the menu). I was offered a substitute" in the form of an extra sausage patty or something. Needless to say I was pretty disappointed, but I appreciate their attempt at accomodating.

WAY over priced! All I bought was a sandwich and it comes with a side salad, I paid almost $10! The side salad consists of a few leaves of lettuce and a half of a tomato slice, not even a full slice. The sandwiches are very small as well.

Great coffee but the gentleman that waited on me made me feel like he didn't want me there.
Probably because I was wearing work clothes.
I had paint on my clothes lol
It was dry.

If your like your lattes creamy and not excessively sweet or bitter, this is the coffee shop for you. I've been to a lot of coffee shops in Rochester and this is my current favorite.

Terrible customer service! Waited 20 minutes for someone to take my order. When I got the order it was wrong. Waited 15 minutes to tell someone that the order was wrong. Cashier had on headphones so he couldn't hear customers when he was in the back.

Delicious but they were to busy chatting and got my order wrong. I would go back because its great but I'd be on top of my order. I have allergies

Lots of seating. Not very busy. Coffee was warm not hot. Alcohol. Has outdoor seating (2 tables)

I really love this place when it’s open but I’ve used it twice now for meetings, during its posted hours of operation, and it has been inexplicably closed. I have no idea what the regular hours are supposed to be and it’s awful to schedule meetings and have the location be closed for no apparent reason.

Awesome place. Music isn't too loud, good selection of food and drinks, and they host open mics and other performances.

I love Brue! I have gone here on dates, to do work, to listen to music. Their coffee is good and so are the sandwiches.
