Homey, friendly, good food and better coffee. Frequented by locals says a lot. Prepared to be called "Hon."

Love Cool Beans! Great service! Nice food. Limited coffee selection unlike the early days. Everything is fresh though and prepared quickly. Parking is adequate. Can be seen from the road. Not far from Exit 18. Near Hannaford.

Appealing from the outside but once I walked inside there was almost nothing to choose from, no bagels were out or anything. Woman who helped me was very kind and offered to make anything she had, but it wasn’t much. Cash only was a bit of a bummer as well. Coffee bean selection was huge as well, recommend for coffee lovers.

I have been to all three Cool Beans locations many times over the past several years and have enjoyed my experiences in these cafes until now. My experience today at the Glens Falls location was more than a set back but a lost customer. Upon entering the empty cafe I was not welcomed at all by the employee behind the counter. In fact, she never even looked up from behind the register she appeared to be cashing out. Instead the first words that came from her after I greeted her was “You are going to have to hurry up and order because we are closing soon.” When I apologized and asked her when she was closing she stated 2PM. (Note: It was 1:23PM). I then attempted to order a smoothie off the overhead board which she quickly stated “We don’t make that anymore.” I thought it was strange how it wasn’t related to a missing ingredient but simply due to the fact the menu items on the chalkboards were actually painted and couldn’t be erased. (Maybe they could use some black tape over it?). When I asked her what smoothies they do make, she then just told me to name another one. So I did and quickly found out she didn’t have that one either (nor any smoothie off that particular board). Given I was done attempting to order, my son chimes in to “quickly” order a sandwich and he was given a fast “No, we don’t make that one either.” Wow, we decided to politely take our business elsewhere.

Love Cool Beans in Queensbury - best coffee in town and the staff are awesome! The bagels and muffins are to die for and I make sure i stop here before work every day - love this place! Great place to sit and take a break during the day also -

Cool Beans has been my favorite coffee shop for years and I frequent the one in Hudson Falls. I've visited the South Glens location a few times and there's always a layer of smoke from cooking in the coffee shop. This must be horrible for the employees to be breathing in all day. I can imagine its worse than smoking a pack a day. An employee told me that they have the parts to fix this issue for years and haven't fixed it. I feel so bad for the employees there that I don't want to go anymore.

Woman working cut off my mother-in-law about 3 times in conversation and seemed bothered by simple questions. Very rude. They were also out of about everything we tried to order. Won't be going back.

The first couple times it was awesome but the last two visits Iv gotten chewy bacon with very little crispness plus the wait is ridiculous. I wouldn't mind the wait if the bacon was crispy. So along as your not in a rush & you ask your crispy bacon it should be pretty good.

I have been going to cool beans for so long between any location they are great and personable to anyone. When it comes to their bagels or wraps I have never been disappointed. The make all their food fresh so don't worry about customizing! Their coffee comes in so many delicious flavors and types of beans are used.
