Great food. Salads are A+.
Customer service and overall in store vibe is going to have to be an F.
These people are consistent with completely forgetting about online orders.
Today marks the third time in a row that I have ordered online from Jitters, and arrived well after the time my food was supposed to be done according to the website.
Today I arrived 20min after the scheduled due time and they had not even started making my food yet. The staff I spoke to was not even aware of the order and had to go and search for it. I have had this experience before including once where the staff said, "we forgot you're going to have to wait" in an upset tone.
The left the lid popped on one of my salads for my trouble, so my salad is currently spilled all across the inside of the bag.
This is my last straw with Jitters.
I hope they can get some more/better staff or something because their food really is good and they would be a great cafe if they had the capacity to be on top of their store better.
Also note that masking is lax at Jitters. The store does not enforce when customers don't have a mask on while standing / waiting.
Update: Revised from 2 stars to 1.
Wash your leaves Jitters, there were bugs in my salad.

Breakfast sandwiches are amazing. Bread is super soft.

The shamrock shake was not nearly as good as McDonald's. The décor of the café was cheap with wood wall paper and fake wood tables. The menu is overpriced. Coming here was an overall dull experience and waste of money. My Mother was not pleased.

I've been going here since middle school, the food is always great! Though the staff always seems unhappy. Not unfriendly, just not stoked on being there. Great breakfast sandwiches, good coffee

Loved it here. My sister & I were going apartment hunting & stopped here for a quick bite to eat.

Cheerful spot with tempting variety of sandwich & salad selection for lunch on a summer day! Enjoyed a delightful albacore tuna salad sandwich on a buttery crescent. Expansive choice of coffee & tea beverages. Desserts looked enticing - plan to visit for a coffee and dessert soon!

I get their bags of flavored beans as a gift for my mother-in-law for Christmas and her birthday, she loves them! They make a mean sandwich too, though a bit pricey. And who can turn their nose at the infinite flavor combos for their milkshakes?

My wife and I stopped here at 6:30 pm on a cold Sunday evening, anxious for soup and sandwich - only to find out that they don't serve soup on weekends. Very disappointing.
Pros:
The place is neat and clean, the staff is friendly and the food is good.
Cons:
No soup on weekends. Coffee is okay but not great. Prices are high and portions are small. All you get with a sandwich is just the sandwich (no chips, pickles, or sides).
I'll be looking for another cafe to go to.

I pass this coffee shop all the time. I haven't gone in until last week. The food is good! Nice and convenient place to pick up food on the go. Plenty of space inside. Great place to meet friends. I'm not a big coffee drinker but I'll have to stop by again to try it out. But as for the food, delicious. Staff is friendly and the place is very clean. Well kept.

The coffee and food are inconsistent. I continued to go to this establishment longer than I would have if it weren't for the employees that went out of their way to help me. They would go out of their way to make my drink and food so that it was correct. Now that they are gone, it's not worth my time and money, especially when you never know if you'll get the right order. It honestly doesn't matter what I say because the owner seems to have an issue with my first review that basically stated the same thing with examples. I first received an immature response that said they couldn't take my review seriously with a laughing emoji. Then changed it to argue that my review was only based on one employee. When the main point was that if it wasn't for those couple of employees I wouldn't have kept coming because the service wasn't that great. I would rather spend money on something that I know will be consistent.
