I came during breakfast and the music was very loud and club music. You couldn’t hear the person sitting across from you. We tried 5 dishes from the menu, but 4/5 were not tasteful and over priced!

I'm a member of a social media based gardening group. One of our members went to this location today and was told they discard the used coffee grinds and do not donate them to the community despite its known benefits to the environment via composting and gardening (of which I quickly explained). I spoke with Anna (shift supervisor) who was quite abrupt and disconnected our call. I called back, no one picked up. In my diligence I called back a few minutes later and Anna answered the phone. She said she would leave a message for the manager. Due to her abruptness, I'm uncertain if she will forward my message. Nevertheless, I will call back tomorrow in an effort to speak with the manager. Surely a business with 4.5 rating on Yelp & Google wants to do any and everything it can to support its community in supporting the Planet, right? Wrong!
I followed up with Christos (he said he was one of the owners & a manager - who was worse than Anna). He requested I send him an email describing our request. I did. I never heard back from him.

I'm from out of town and just stopped in for a quick order. I initially requested a flat white, then switched to a black iced americano before I paid. I asked the cashier if she could include an extra shot to which she replied "we don't do that, you should get a large if you want an extra shot"... no coffee shop has ever denied taking my money for requesting extra caffeine. I also asked if there were roast options for the drink and the cashier told me yes and proceeded to show me beans-- easy mix-up. I asked for just the americano in whatever roast they offered. She then handed me a hot regular coffee, a moment after I noticed I was charged $9 lol. I'm not sure how there was so much confusion with the order, but I didn't appreciate her tone and being told "this is what you asked for". Lastly, the americano tasted watered down (an extra shot would've helped). Customer service matters and I won't be returning to this location.

One of the workers there was extremely rude when I asked about if the fruity pebble cookie was there... she gave me the nastiest look and was like whatever is out there is what we have. I wouldn’t be asking if i was sure about the fruity pebble cookies being there being that it looks identical and has the same exact color as the red velvet cookie. Listen lady I was just trying to order a cookie I dont remember ordering your attitude as well. So so rude lady. Curly haired worker needs some serious customer service training.

Great coffee, great service, great food and Great Coffee! Did I say "great coffee" twice? Yeah I did! Cause it's that great!

I went around lunchtime. It was crowded and all tables were taken. A few people were working on laptops with no food on their tables...just coffee. During a busy period in the tight space, I would think that this would not be allowed as it is discouraging to wait or to come back again. The " tuna sandwich" was very tasty as were the bread and small side salad's dressing. There's nothing amazing on the menu, but to be fair, it is more of a coffee place than luncheonette. Sandwiches were over $10. Being crowded, the collective chatter and poor acoustics made for a noisy lunch. On top of that, staff were coming out from the kitchen with food orders yelling out peoples' names, often multiple times while walking along the only aisle since it was hard to hear them over the din. I have yet to try the coffee and will do so one day off peak.

An excellent coffee and sandwich shop, just 1 block from the local Starbucks and a better choice. Thoughtful touches abound in both the food and physical space making it a great place to work and eat for a couple of hours (which is what I did).
Pros:
- Good latte and chocolate croissants (all I tried)
- Tasty breakfast sandwiches (mine had egg, onion jam, semolina roll)
- Spacious, well lit
- Plenty of seating
- Very clean, including the bathroom
- Very comfortable seating and good sized tables (mine was marble)
- Electrical outlets at each seat, whether at counter or table (good for laptops)
Cons:
- Minor complaint that they play the music too loud and the radio station, at least the day I was there, was like dance club music. No problem having music, but I don't enjoy a night club beat when sipping my coffee and eating my croissant

They just ignored me every time when I come here to pick up the food(They saw me, and just walk away). it’s happened every time when I going to the restaurant! Sometimes 5 and sometimes 10 minutes. Which is make me kind of awkward and upset when I standing in front of the bar and no one trying to help me.

They had the best Bread Pudding I ever had in my life. Which sucks because it's not a regular menu item and it's hit or miss when they do have it. I offered to pay them in advance to get it from them whenever they do have it and they said no. Death is the only option.

If you want covid, go ahead... they allow people to sit and eat really close together and not wear masks. I quickly got my coffee and food and ran outside to eat in my car because it was so packed inside. The coffee is great but food takes ages (15-20 minutes) so you’ll have to take out a good chunk of your day to grab “quick” food here.
