Good food, but if you order pickup you have to wait in line with people making live orders which can take forever if it’s busy. It’s 2022, get with the times and set up a pickup counter or shelf!

Made to order. Have never been disappointed. But you have to get there when they open to have more selection since they run out quickly. One of the best places for good breakfast stuff.

Bagelicious has delicious breakfast sandwiches! Their coffee is Kubal blend and is also fantastic. Shout out to Jessie for being such an amazing employee. She is so sweet and helpful (:

I stop every morning for a poppy seed bagel sandwich with bacon, cheese, and eggs. Absolute heaven.
They also have a deal where if you order a "dozen" bagels they actually give you 15 and with a large tub of one if their dozens of different cream cheeses. All this for a very fair price.
Did I mention that for in-house consumption they have unlimited coffee refills.

Until today I really loved this place. However today the customer service was very disappointing. I had called and ordered two sandwichs. When I picked them up they had messed up and switched the bagel type on the sandwiches. The one that was mine was on cinnamon raisin and was supposed to be wheat. I am diabetic so I asked for a corrected sandwich (sausage egg and cheese). She happily apologized and agreed to make a new one. The new sandwich I was brought had bacon and ham on it. When I told her it was wrong again she looked at me and said "what. You dont eat any of this" instead of correcting her third mistake of my simple 2 sandwich order she expected me to eat the sandwich I didn't order and paid for. I said whatever and gave the sandwich to my husband, who also already ate his sandwich she messed up by giving the wrong bagel flavor. I was very disappointed at the customer service. I left upset and still hungry.

I have since visited the establishment twice and will say I have had a much more pleasant customer service experience. I am an advocate of supporting our local businesses so I don't want my one bad experience to deter others from doing the same. I do always see tbe owners in there and can tell by their work ethic they are passionate.

Staff is extremely friendly and the bagels are big and fresh. My last visit I got the megalicious sandwich on a jalapeño cheddar bagel it was a delight. Coffee is good too!

Food was awesome! Solicitation was annoying from the cruise couple stalking every table. Could not get my work done but I can probably recite every Princess ship to take and where to book a room based on your table preference! Was a great client gift, great food, and very entertaining!

Great bagel-based breakfast sandwiches. They make several hundred bagels every morning, but if you show up after 11 the pickin's start getting mighty slim. Staff always smiling!

Been eating here for years....still one if my favorites for breakfast and lunch. Bagels are unique and delicious. The newest owners really have stepped it up a notch with the atmosphere and service.
