Origin Coffee Co. (Lake Placid, NY)

Stopped in for lunch. Menu is limited but DANG the food was good. We had the avocado toast and turkey panini and would recommend both!

Absolutely delicious!!! I highly recommend popping in on your way through town. I love that the coffee is from Portland, Oregon! Little taste of home in a cup! Thank you 😊

While the coffee tasted good, they give smaller portion sizes than most coffee shops and the prices are higher.

We live in upstate New York, so we are used to the local pricing. But $20 for three small lattes is steep, even for here.

Interior has a modern, yet cozy vibe that we enjoyed.

Incredible coffee shop. Right out of Brooklyn, but without the ‘tude. They know how to pull great espresso shots. Had maybe 10 cortados and cappuccinos over 3 days and every one of them was excellent. Their in-house pastries are few but equally amazing. Cinnamon rolls and blueberry muffins are worth a trip in themselves. If coffee is spiritual to you, worship here.

It’s absolutely excellent I just wish they were open till 4pm and open on Mondays!!

Pour over was a tad acidic but still very good. Chai latte was thick and well textured. The granola was the star though. That yogurt had incredible silkiness and really great flavor. Scones were wonderful as well.

This place is really cute and how I expected, really popular. Matcha tea was amazing. We came with my friends and manager with tattoo hurried us, but it was not a lot of people. We could not sit at the table we chose because of the quarantine, although we were own company.
Not bad, but nothing special, management should work more on improvement communication with clients
