Delicious bakery - Probably the best ham and cheddar croissant ive ever had. The linzer tart, lemon bar, and cheese danish are also great!

Super friendly service and some of the names of the baked goods are hilarious! The almond croissant has great flavor, was light and airy but had some density which was nice. The linzer tart is the perfect size, with a sturdy crust and just-sweet-enough filling. Don't sleep on the $1 oatmeal raisin cookies!! The outsides are slightly caramelized and crunchy, and the inside is soft and doughy. My only regret is not buying more to bring home after vacation!

LOVELY bakery!!
The owner is delightful and the blueberry scone was the best I ever tasted!
Can't wait to go back on our next trip to Lake Placid.

Really good scones. Maybe the best I’ve ever had. Coffee was good as well. Chocolate Croissant, although good, was a little hard-crispy with an unusual thickness I’m not accustomed to. Not bad but just not the kind you get in France - which is what I went in expecting from reading some of the reviews. Perhaps I needed to try the regular croissant. Not too sure. But overall very good, really nice lady working inside and nice hot cappuccino on a cold morning!

Got an amazing flaky spinach and feta croissant and one of the best not-too-sweet cheese danishes with strawberry jam on top! They accept card payment.

This is not a place to go for a cheap dozen donuts. They have scrumptious handmade pastries like cherry cheese Danish, muffins and scones (haven't tried those), mini chocolate flourless cakes, almond flour torte slices (gluten free?), mini chocolate mousse cakes, and other delights. You'll spend $2-$ a pop, and it will be worth it.

Me and my husband went here just as she was about to close up for the day. She sold us a cheesecake and two chocolate muffins. For $8?! She said the muffins were BOGO free cause she was about to go on vacation for a couple weeks. I hope she has a wonderful vacation, the cheesecake was amazing and was a large portion, could easily be shared, but I don't share my cheesecake.

Excellent bakery. While staying at LP for 3 days, we went 3 times. Almond croissant and cinnamon rolls were personal favorites, but everything there is a home run.
