Great little coffee shop that also sells baked goods. I was surprised to find this place in a town like Herkimer. Great staff. Coffee was fresh and they use homemade ingredients. I'd rather support a shop like this than the Dunkin around the corner.

It is the best place to go when your on the run and want great food and coffee/any drink. The customer service is delightful. I highly recommend this place to everyone! I go there literally every single day and every single time it is a great experience!

Very dirty. No coffee options. Noone was at the counter. I could see the employees around in the back not paying attention. Definitely would rate ZERO stars. I left without ordering because it was so off-putting.

This is not a place to go for any type of food. My daughter and I went this morning ING for breakfast and got cold eggs soggy cold bacon and toast that was cold and soggy from the ton of butter that was put in it. Never again will I bring anyone into this facility or recommend it. 🤢👎

Local, local, local... support your local yokels is what I say. And the best part you make out with awesome egg sandwiches with fresh brewed coffee. Just the best way to start the day!

Best bacon, egg and cheese bagel I've ever had. Service is a 10, food is a 20!

So thankful for this locally owned and run coffee spot!
A wonderful spot to meet with friends and family, and a great selection of cafe style bites!

In a market saturated by over-priced and fake coffee chains, Cucina Berto’s The Java Shop is a refreshing take on coffee. At first, when I ordered a double espresso, I was under the impression I was only going to be receiving the fractional amount that often comes in an espresso shot, but to my dismay, I received a mighty cup filled with espresso. And for only $4. They’re local, they’re cheap and they’re friendly. An excellent edition to anyone’s day.

Small little coffee shop serving up a good breakfast and random pastries like muffins for a fair price!

Love taking my mom here for a cuppa coffee and a sweet treat. Java Shop makes great coffee while me and mom make great memories. Total win-win! Thank you Rob and Staff!
