Staffs are friendly. The food was fresh and cooked perfectly. The coffee was good. The place was clean and the service overall was good.

Call ahead 30/45 minutes before if you want to try Burekas are the jaw dropping delicious.

Overpriced and underwhelming food. Everything has an extra charge. I tried to order an avocado toast but then I realized that it was literally smashed avocado over bread, with one topping. If you would like anything more than one topping, it's an additional $1.25. I also ordered a cream cheese bagel and let me tell you... it was saddest looking bagel ever, kind of an embarrassment to New York. The bread looked like it was flattened and barely had any cream cheese filling. Plus, they refused to share their wifi password DESPITE there being a wifi tagged: CrawfordsGuests. Do yourself a favor and skip out on this spot. There are plenty of spots within a 5 minute drive with much better coffee and pastries.

The worst service in all of Great Neck - maybe even in all of New York. The guy behind the counter ignores customers who are standing there, waiting to order. You can stand there forever until someone finally talks to you. Numerous other people have had this experience as well (check Yelp reviews). The food is too mediocre to withstand the bad service. I will never go there again.

Staff was extremely rude. I came here for breakfast and to do some work, and the man at the register was extremely rude to me while I was ordering. I sat down to connect to wifi and start work, and needed the wifi password to the clearly labeled guest network. The man at the register told me they did not have wifi, although it is clearly available. One breakfast wrap and a hot tea was 20 dollars, this place is not worth it

Always friendly and delicious. I love The Dirty Burger and the Mozzarella. The Pomegranate ice tea is out of this world.

It's a fantastic experience. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. Excellent food and service. The staff is incredibly knowledgable and makes excellent recommendations.

Cheap place. Ask for a fresh mozzarella sandwich and you’ll get bread and vegetables.
