Lovely experience on a weekday afternoon. Vanilla bean latte was delicious and prepared artfully (latte art is still so impressive to me!). Very quiet but I'm hoping good reviews will help this place take off! Nice to have a good coffee shop in Fairport, with good options for food, wine, and beer as well.

Their Matcha Green Tea Latte tastes like water and they charge you almost $6. The cup they serve it in is also equivalent to a small/kids cup. What a rip-off. Service was also not that good. The barista seemed like she couldn't be bothered. Not interested in going back or letting people know about this place.

This little coffee shop was so cute and sweet. I had gone on a date this first time I was there and it definitely is a place that I would love to go again. The girls my date and I had talked to were so great and did their best to be helpful. 5 stars to them

I had an English breakfast tea and my friend had a latte. The tea was very high quality, and the water was fresh and hot, so the tea was great. My friend's latte was a work of art and quite good to drink, as well. The service was pleasant and the atmosphere was as well, work a view of the canal and the historic Fairport lift bridge.

My time here is always great, the team is FANTASTIC. Today I was served by Jasmine, Mike and Rachel. Just stellar people. Made my visit excellent. Not to mention the Veggie Sammy Mike made and the coffee the Jasmine brewed was just fabulous!!!

Only commenting on coffee as the kitchen was closed when I arrived. Ordered a maple cinnamon latte. Absolutely delicious, it's worth the stop.

Only negative is that it was hard to find. It's in the Box Factory but located in a garden level suite. They could use a bit more signage to help people find it from the parking lot.

This place is great. Cozy atmosphere. Views of the canal and the lift bridge. The staff is always warm and welcoming. They serve coffee tea and beer. Yum. There is food, but I haven't tried it. Definitely recommend stopping by.

They get busy quickly so go early! But don't let the line stop you. The food is so good and all of the staff are so kind. I try to get something different every time I go, and I'm never disappointed.
