Great cafe in Elmira. I like that it has a wide variety of choices to choose from, something for everybody. Everything we ordered was delicious. Inside has plenty of seating. It looks like this place also helps out in the community which is amazing! The only downfall I had was with the girl who took my order. I smiled and said hello, and she just stared at me, did not greet me or anything I was turned off to be honest. Maybe she was having a bad day, who knows. Everyone else I came into contact with was very nice and professional.

A cute little cafe in downtown Elmira. Hopefully it will be part of a revitalization of the area. The service was friendly and quick. The cafe was clean and inviting. The reason I gave the review a 4 and not a five was because of the food. The food was good, but not great, especially for a salad and a grilled cheese with two can drinks costing almost $30. My wife and I ate our entire meal and it was certainly satisfying, I just expected a bit more from what I've heard. My sandwich came with chips and salsa. The salsa had an amazing flavor, but it was a tiny portion. If all the food tasted as delectable as the salsa, in a bit larger portions, this would have received a 5 for sure.

Always delicious and a nice atmosphere! I had a burger and it was amazing 🤤

Definitely use to be one of my favorite restaurants. Being a vegetarian and wanting fresh healthy food I use to eat there very often. Turtle Leaf Cafe food quality and food prep are definitely lacking ... Tried to contact the owner through his email to discuss my concerns and share photos of my most resent experience, but never got a response .. That alone tells me lots . These two sandwiches were 23 dollars and they both were a huge disappointment ..

Was rather disappointed with my visit. I was informed after I placed my order and selected the tip amount that they were no longer accepting gift cards that were previously purchased with no plan to allow me to redeem in the future. The bathroom was also a mess, which was gross and disappointing. My food was alright but definitely not worth the price I paid.

Not sure what has changed here but the portions arent nearly as hearty as they used to be. The staff doesn't acknowledge you and they act like you are bothering them. It's just uncomfortable anymore. I used to come here all the time, I dont think I will anymore.

I LOVE Turtle Leaf! It has lots of options for omnivores, vegetarians and vegans alike. The various coffees are great and the smoothies are exceptional. It's only open til around 2 pm but its got a college town brunch/lunch vibe and fits its niche perfectly. Lots of both and table seating. I have a boatload of loyalty points so I always get a few $ off and they give free drinks when you fill up your punch card.

Excellent food! Had the ham and cheddar panini and my daughter had the strawberry waffles. Chips were fresh and the salsa was super. Nice size portions and delicious. This was our first time but we will definitely be returning!

Nice place , they actually have gluten free bread so you can modify any panini/sandwich . Thanks for that !

Really good people making really good food. A little pricey but they have so many things that you can't get anywhere else 🙂
