Amazing coffee, fast, friendly service, cozy atmosphere. What more could you want from a coffee place?

Ask for our bagel toasted and got this. They also forgot to put cream cheese on our other bagel. I understand the place can get busy but this is unacceptable.

I absolutely love this Cafe. There is also one located in Saratoga. They have a variety of coffee, tea, and food. There is high foot traffic, but worth standing in line and just hanging out with friends and family in their lounge area.

The food is good. I love their salads and sandwiches. The coffee is very good. I just wish they had more space as seating is very limited. Get there early and not at peak times. Get a member card too.

I will no longer be returning to this location because this is the FIFTH TIME that myself or someone in my party has found hair in our food in the past few months!! The employees do not wear hair nets or caps or any kind. It’s is just plain gross.

The last time that it happened to me, when my wife exclaimed “eww gross there is hair in this!”, someone at the next table leaned over and told us that they had received hair in their food twice in the last month!! This is shocking and disgusting. The health department should be alerted and pay this establishment a visit. People can sick from the poor hygiene and unsafe food practices in this establishment.

I come here all the time and the coffee and food is delicious. It’s a great ambience for a nice spot to hang out with friends or do some computer work. I just feel like it’s been going downhill over the past few months with the attitude of the workers over time. I went yesterday with my boyfriend and while glancing at the menu (which didn’t take us not even a minute because we knew what we wanted) the girl at the counter had the biggest attitude and seemed like we were taking forever. No one has time for this in the morning. Especially before caffeine. This use to be a friendly atmosphere. Want attitude and grumpiness before you start your day, go here. And they also got my order wrong… idk what is confusing about a bagel with half cream cheese on it.

Nice little local chain with a big breakfast menu and a wide selection of tea and coffee drinks. The lumberjack was filling but I think the eggs were premade and microwaved which if true is disappointing. Also, the blueberry crumble muffin seemed defrosted. Overall, a better option than major chains
