Nice local (but somewhat dark) place to grab a coffee or tea and snack or light fare. Food is good and staff has been friendly whenever I've gone there. My complaint is that it could be a little cleaner, especially the ladies room which is usually awful. They really REALLY should replace some of their 'comfy' chairs. Most of them are quite old and worn and if you sit in them you are uncomfortably low, not a good height for eating or drinking at the table. I also think they should bring your order to the table when it's ready, not have you get up and get it from the counter.

This is hands down the best coffee shop in the area. There are a ton of different flavors and types of coffee and tea. The food is delicious, whether you're there for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. It's a great place for a meeting or to hang out with friends. Trivia on Thursday nights is a blast. Definitely recommend!!

I love the grilled cheese here with pesto and tomato--it's delicious! I usually have a good experience here, and I come here regularly to get work done or have meetings with colleagues. The staff are usually very professional and helpful, and one of them clearly remembered me yesterday when I walked in (she asked me if I was staying and wanted my grilled cheese). They have fun specials now and then, and the punch cards are always helpful. Not a huge fan of the smoothies--kind of watery--and there have been a couple of times where they gave me the wrong size coffee (though they charged me for the size I got, so I didn't lose out much on that one). No hard feelings and a good spot overall.

Pros: Good place to hang out with friends for a couple of hours or study in the corner by yourself. The event nights like jazz night are fun and allow some local artistic voices to be heard. There is also a decent tea selection and interesting choices like their Italian sodas.
Cons: I don't understand the windows. The store is dimly lit, creating a comfortable atmosphere for the most part, but God forbid you look up anytime while the sun is up. The light from the windows are eye piercingly bright, but after a while you simply adjust to the pain. The food is also mediocre and overpriced. The menu is also lacking as it seems to be missing several items & not easily accessible (I would prefer more items written on the board behind the counter). Which is a shame, because they have some pretty interesting drinks.

This is a great place to meet people for coffee. Also, their food is delicious. Their paninis are really good. They have a good amount of seating, where you could meet someone 1-on-1 or in a group. They have fast service and their customer service is great.

I'm always surprised to see this place rated so highly. I've worked in the same mall with them for years so they get my business by default, and I'm always prepared to be disappointed. Everything is a craps shoot here; service is usually extraordinarily slow and occasionally friendly, freshness of veggies and salad greens is hit and miss, order modifications are typically overlooked, and they're frequently out of the meats that are meant to be in their paninis. The breakfast sandwiches are by far their best offerings, but are only available until 11am. The coffee and mixed drinks leave quite a lot to be desired, especially with a Starbucks right across the street that will soon be moving into the same plaza. But, if you have a lot of money and time to spend, Mocha Lisa's is the place to do it at.

Went downhill in recent years. $5.00 minimum to use a credit card? Really? What coffee shop does that? Staff didn’t ask if I wanted my coffee to go and then proceeded to pour it all over a paper cup. Not many alternatives to cream either, all behind the counter and low quality. With uncommon grounds and starbucks nearby, there is no reason to get coffee here.

What a great place! Good food and drinks (coffee, tea, beer), friendly atmosphere. Working remotely my team uses Mocha Lisa for meetings, I go there when I am having internet issues, or when I want to catch up with a friend to just sit back and relax. Highly recommended.

Great place to get coffee, snack or a meal. Quiet space to do work etc. Great sensory friendly area in the back (quiet, little less bright) I have to say well worth a long trip!
Great Job Mocha Lisa’s
