Byrne Dairy and Deli

The selection and quality of products is commendable but the efficiency of the staff can be hard to observe and contend with. Be prepared to wait in line for purchases or sandwiches.
Lines sometimes stretch to the back of the store and only one person will be on register. I've encountered this numerous times.

Had the worst experience last night getting ice cream. We dealt with Colin, he wasn’t polite by any means. Couldn’t get simple orders right & it took nearly a half hour to 40 minutes to make 4 simple orders.. 2 milkshakes and 2 cones.. didn’t get everything I asked for on my ice cream, but paid for the toppings anyway.

If I could I would do zero stars it took them an hour to make 3 large milkshakes and gave us the wrong size on the third one and went through three employees to make them.

Staff needs to pay attention to registers. When person is ringing out a person & the line is 10 people deep. Stop emptying trash cans or coffee pots and standing in the corner complaining to another worker about your manager and do your job!! A lot of us just want to pay for gas and go!!

Donna is always a pleasure to deal with. She is very personable, friendly, efficient and never fails to make all of her customers smile and laugh. She is truly a wonderful asset to the store!

Girlfriend and I went to get ice cream was informed of everything that wasn't available, ordered something and paid just to be told they didn't have it then got a basic vanilla cone to find out it hollow on the inside.

Went in to get a sandwich at the deli and it must've took them 5 minutes to finally get to me after the 2 in the back have been standing around almost the whole time. Other then that, it was a decent store

The one in central square is awesome the staff is super nice and helpful. They have became my favorite place to get pizza as well. I can't get enough of it.

I still think Byrne has the best black raspberry ice cream. It was a bit softer than usual at this store.

Cashier stood and talked in back with other associate. I waited ...went to my car came back and she finally came over when she saw another person in line.
