Byrne Dairy and Deli

I'm leaving this a 1 star review because every weekend this place is always understaffed and it's getting really ridiculous. Most Sundays there's only 2 or hell even just 1 cashier there. Usually there needs to be atleast 4 which means the cashiers have to do DOUBLE the work. Please work on the management at this place if not then miswell not expect to have a business because all your staff is eventually going to leave. Honestly I don't think this place even deserves a 1 star review, if i could make it 0 I would. Just my opinion though!!!

Stopped in on may 9 2023 at 4:45 am. The Erson working looked like a homeless person. But atleast I had my choice of 4 pots of coffee and some old cheese pizza. Never have issues any other time. I'm there but today ruined it

This place is so bad because they don't have blackforest ham or chicken for sandwiches. Very plain and not alot of options, don't go there yall stay safe.

Cole is a wonderful employee, always a pleasant and efficient interaction. It’s unfortunate I have to give this Byrne 2 stars, every time i come in later at night the cashier’s negative attitude about having to do literally anything ruins every trip without fail. If almost every amenity of this gas station (hot sandwiches, ice cream, redeeming tickets) becomes unavailable past 10pm, then a sign would indeed clear up confusion and induce a little bit of consistency since each locations hours are different. And even if i had wanted a cold sandwich, after the pessimistic reaction of the employee having to make it, i had to pass on consuming that negative energy through my food.

Typical gas station. Greasy pizza, dirty floors, bathroom smells, cranky cashiers.

3 days in a row horrible customer service .think you need new management

I never leave bad reviews, but I had a bizarre and unacceptable experience here. I grabbed a few items and got in line to pay, there were 2 cashiers at separate registers. A girl cut in front of me and was checked out first by a cashier who was clearly her friend, they talked about her hair being styled different than usual and seeing each other again soon. I didn’t say anything and just went up to that register after she left, but the second I walked up the cashier went away as if she couldn’t see me right there. Said nothing, no “I’ll be with you in a moment” nothing. I still waited there at the register silently assuming she would be back. She wasn’t. Meanwhile the other cashier continued checking out people who had been behind me and said nothing to me. It was the strangest thing, they pretended I didn’t exist. I just put my stuff back and left without buying anything. I don’t know this it had to do with the fact that I was literally the only one in there with a mask (I am vaccinated, just being safe) but it was terrible. I was a fairly regular customer before this but I doubt I’ll be back.

The night people are very rude and not helpful at all. They stand outside and smoke cigerettes it's like your bothering them. Very poor customer service on the night shift.

They were short staffed and pretty backed up but the employees were working extra hard and the food we ordered was delicious as usual! Love their pizza...Keep up the hard work! ☺️

I went to byrne dairy today I put money in the scratch off machine and it went offline I ask the clerk for my money back and she told me I will take your name and number . I ask why I have to wait she said there is no manager to open it. I guess that if I said to byrne dairy I will take this sandwich and bring you the money when i get paid. I was so angry when i left that I put money in and did not get my product and told I have to wait.i don't no why that at 2 in afternoon that there was no manager . I guess because they are managers entitles them to weekends off and leaves the customers to wait for there stuff while byrne dairy keeps my money . I will get hold of corporate . if a manager can't work on Sunday then they should not be in the position.
