The girls working were really friendly and sweet. Goodies has some of the best bagels I've had, with really funny puns listed on their names. We customized a sandwich (they have a great list of options for add-ons). A lot of the sandwiches listed looked really tasty. Definitely worth stopping and checking it out!

Amazing bagel spot!! These bagels are fluffy, fresh and tasty. The sandwiches were amazing! Italian Stallion was fresh and flavorful. Babooshka was hearty and filling and my BTL was perfectly crispy and dressed well.
Service was a little hectic, but I think they had a few new folks on staff.
Seating is limited, but chic traditional diner style stools. The decor is bright and airy.
Bathroom was spacious and well-decorated (clean, modern). But only one bathroom.
I don't believe it is very accessible, the door is a bit narrow. Also there is one step to get in the restaurant.

There are 2 things I have a hard time turning down, One is a Challenge and the other (No Shock Here) is Food! So when Sam Jones of Goodies in Catskill put out the Challenge to come down and Try "Goodies" Turkey Barley Davidson Soup, Well my entire reputation was on the line LOL! So it was off to Catskill and some Turkey Barley Davidson Soup. I have to say I was not disappointed. The Soup was delicious and perfect for a cold January afternoon, While there I had to get one of the Goodies, Bacon Egg and Cheese on a Bagel Sandwiches. I have been hearing so much about for a while now. The Rumor has been this Sandwich was as close to NYC style as you can get outside of NYC. Now it's been 6 years since I left Long Island and the NYC area, but this is how I for one remember them (Go down and try one for yourself and tell me what you think) In my opinion it was Perfect! The staff at Goodies was fast and very friendly. I was there at noon time during the rush and they all still had time to smile and talk. I love living in the Catskill Area , but I do miss Long Island and the NYC area. SOOOO this is a More then Welcome addition to the area!
So all I have to say is Challenge excepted and Completed ! What else you got Sam Jones LOL!-LJ James

Goodies bagels are so delicious! One of the best bagels I ever tasted. I had the Bagel Don DaDa on a “Be my Everything” bagel. The sandwich was mouthwatering. I added cream cheese and jelly to my sandwich (my signature). The sandwich was well crafted too. Thank you Goodies! I will for sure be back.

So good! Finally something good in the Catskills area! The bagel was soft and chewy, honestly the perfect bite. I love that they have so many options and allow for so much customization. Would definitely come back if I’m in the area.

My first visit to this recently opened bagel and coffee shop was great. It’s across the street from from Cumberland Farms and close to Walmart and Walgreens. It’s a cheerful and shiny new spot; the employees were gracious and friendly. The bagels were awesome—fresh and soft the way I like them. Even the whole wheat bagel I began with was flavorful. It’s so nice to have good bagels on this side of the river. Too bad Thomas Cole lived too long ago to enjoy this spot!

Super Disappointed!! After people telling me to try this place out and seeing they had gluten free bagels I placed an order. The Gluten free bagels are NOT homemade. If I wanted an Udis brand bagel, I could have gone to the store. Ridiculous. I also ordered day old half dozen gluten free which is how I discovered they were Udi's. Individually prepackaged. I attached a picture.
Sandwich was the blandest thing ever, as was my friend's who got a plain bagel. Mine had fried egg and Swiss cheese. Zero flavor. Friend had scrambled egg with American cheese. She was not impressed. Lacking flavor, and bagel was so thin.
Won't be returning. Goodies is not good

The waitstaff is wonderful; however, the cook refuses to prepare foods requested due to dietary restrictions. I asked for an egg omelet and was told to "go down the block"!! I am restricted to eating egg whites but the cook refuses to prepare that as well. I don't think my requests are unreasonable. I wonder if the owner of this establishment is aware of the potential business being lost due to the cook's attitude and refusal to accommodate patrons.

Very cute and yummy bagel shop with helpful staff, fun options and great coffee.

As soon as you walk in the bagel smell is deliciousness! They offer all types of bagels coffee and add-ons etc.. So happy there's a Cafe like Goodies now in Catskill!
