A cool coffee shop but wouldn’t return. The drinks and the decor are great, but the food was extremely overpriced and tasteless. Half of the staff members had very nonchalant demeanors which certainly wasn’t welcoming and left me a little unsettled. One guy seemed really nice though. All drinks are served in takeout cups and so much plastic is used, even for the tap water - when glasses can so easily be washed and replaced. In an area like this, we need to do better..

Much caffeine for me. I didn’t want to waste the other 3 so I gave it to my hardcore caffeine drinker friend and her husband. It was sour completely spoiled and the expiration date is in march 2023. Very disappointing and she threw up.

The customer service is as cold as their venue seems to be yearround. But they know how to make a good latte, so I begrudgingly return time and time again. You need to show up at open if you’re planning to snag a seat, though.

I like this place a lot, cozy environment good coffee-friendly staff.
So, I am writing this review to rise a problem with wifi. It is not working and staff refused to make a simple step to turn off/on the router to try to fix it.
Hope parents coffee will develop a flow to manage such a situation soon.
PS. Can't use a personal hotspot at this point coz signal is too low at this location for my phone.

Used to love this place back when they were Toby’s Estate - I think the quality of their coffee has gone down since the rebrand / takeover. Latest review is just for their cold brew but it feels thin and lacking punch. Ambience and decor is still on point though of course.

The music is way too loud so everyone is shouting and noise canceling headphones only help so much.
Ordered one of their specialty drinks and it was so sweet I couldn’t drink it. (7.50$ and I tipped) I politely asked for a plain iced latte or just a plain drip coffee in exchange and they tried to charge me again. When I asked for it for free the barista gave me a ton of attitude and rolled her eyes. They did end up giving me a plain drip coffee but I was very uncomfortable.
Also there is no outlets which is wild for a coffee shop very obviously geared towards people working (giant co working tables).

Very nice place to have coffee and breakfast and maybe even do some work. The setting is very beautiful, the staff is friendly and the atmosphere is really nice. We tried the eggs and avocado sandwich and the granola and both of them were delicious. Also the coffee was really good! A lot of people go with their laptops and work there.

Used to be my favorite spot since back when it was Toby’s but now both me and my friends seperately arrived and later all shared rude and snide attitude from staffs (different people at different separate arrival times) and when the WiFi wasn’t working I was told it was too many people on network instead of actually dealing with the exclamation mark error that it was throwing (I work in it and tried to be helpful but they said they knew better lol) asked several people around our table (which the staff didn’t bother doing) and none of us had been able to log on - also space still has great light but is worn and any outlets that used to be available are removed so you’re left with overpriced coffee that isn’t even the best quality on the block (go to latente instead for amazing brew and better service)
