The Golden Pear Cafe

No vegan at all! Not even one vegan product! In 2022?!?? Unacceptable! The world is dying and The Golden Pear doesn’t care at all. Selfish position especially for being a coffe in the Hamptons. Very disappointed!

Food was so delicious. I come here everyother day and they are amazing. The manager Ryan works harder than anyone I've ever seen. He always has an amazing attitude and just a wonderful sense of humor. So much love and laughter is exerted into every dish. Its amazing will keep coming back

Not extraordinarily good as they claim it to be, overpriced items and to my palate not really tasty at all, their egg whites don't taste anything close to real fresh farm eggs, I should know, I buy from a local farm fresh eggs.

Their service? Pitiful! I suppose that if you just look like an "ordinary" working person, you're not worth their time or attention as I waited for about 10 minutes to be noticed by the guy taking the orders when there was nobody else waiting to place orders or on orders.

Anywho! I don't think they're much better than any other deli, they do have a good selection of items on their menu that I didn't try, therefore I can't say anything negative nor positive about that.

I ordered a gift basket for my friend going through a tough time through The Golden Pear's website. Gina carefully curated a beautiful basket and added in a couple more items to make the basket even more meaningful. She emailed me photos of the basket and kept me updated on the delivery. Would highly recommend The Golden Pear! Gina went the extra mile and her kindness was so so appreciated.

Food prices were not displayed I guess because they are so inflated. The coffee tasted like it was from a convenience store.

The Golden Pear consistently provides a clean, comfortable and memorable experience. Quality never in doubt! Price out the majority. Even when I pay up for this great quality and fresh option I feel I got screwed. Without tip a breakfast sandwich with baby side and coffee is $25 to $30. Too much. Merchant has to pay rent but forgets who & what got him there....the customer who STILL PAYs 15$ bucks and tip well. Industry people love it but can't afford it.

$24 for French toast. I don't think so.
Owner gouges summer visitors.

More expensive than Manhattan for a Monday morning bagel that tasted like it was leftover from the weekend.
