My favorite place to go. The food and the service are excellent!!!
It is so cozy....thank goodness they don't have a fireplace..... I would never leave.

Great place. Different, surprising, delicious, and fun dining experience. Liked the ambiance, food choices, how drinks and food were served in unique glasses, tea cups, and towered tiers all at once.
Despite earlier reviews about slow service, we found the service very reasonable for freshly prepared food. Our server was attentive and very pleasant. Overall, happy dining experience!

Such a wonderful little place! Tea and food were fantastic and came out very fast, but I was especially impressed with the excellent service we received (despite there only being a few people working). I look forward to coming back the next time I'm in the area.

Went today for the first time for my birthday with my sister and sister in law. We first had drinks then our meals and then we ordered specialty coffees. We were there for an hour and a half which I didn’t think was bad. We had just received our coffees and then the manager came over and told us that we had to leave because we had reached our “time limit” and that we had to go. It was extremely rude. We were polite and did leave, but we will never be returning. Never heard of such a thing. It’s not like we stayed for hours and just got coffee. Our bill was $140 dollars.

Came today first the first time. Called ahead and was told a 30-40 minute wait. By the time we got there our table was ready. Staff was courteous and service was promt, especially considering we were forewarned they were short-staffed. My husband and I ordered the tea lunch special. The lobster bisque was probably one of the best I've ever had. Quiche and scones were great and I have leftovers for lunch the next day. My iced tea was especially tasty and the waitress sent me home with the extra in a to-go cup. Definitely will be back.

If you're looking for a calming place go go relax with a friend or even a cute date spot, look no further than The Whistling Kettle. They're a little pricey, but it's worth it. They have tons of delicious teas and coffee's to choose from as well as some alcoholic options if that's what you're in the mood for. All their food is very good and hugh quality that always seems to pair well with whatever tea/coffee you decide on. The atmosphere is always relaxing and fits the place very well. Afterwards if you have a favorite tea that you enjoyed, there's even a section you can go do to purchase a bag of that tea to bring home to enjoy every day. Would definitely recommend going here if you haven't been before.

Came into eat for the first time today. While it was very busy and the staff was slightly overwhelmed. They did a great job managing the flow. The food is very fresh and tasted delicious. Kudos to the owner/staff/manager. Apologies I don’t have a photo to post, I already ate my food.

Wait was a bit long, but not only were they quite busy with patrons, but given everything going on in today's world, everything is a bit of a wait. But WELL worth the wait. The food is absolutely delicious. I got the 3 tiered thing; which consisted of lobster bisque, a bacon, ham, and apricot jam sandwhich, and a scone with fresh cream and preserve. While waiting, I could smell all the different teas that people were ordering, which was super pleasant. Will be returning soon!
