I love stopping by on my way to work or while I am running errands. I love their variety of flavor and coffee choices and it always gets served fast and with a friendly chat!

Simple Roast has the most amazing coffee and staff. Highly would recommend their monthly flavored coffees iced latte. The lines may be long sometimes. But the coffee is so worth the wait ❤ the hot lattes are good too now that's the weather is getting cold

The BEST coffee in CNY, and perhaps even in all of upstate. Their plain coffee is amazing, both hot and iced. It's always fresh. I have come all the way from Syracuse to Auburn just for their coffee.

And if you like lattes, HOLY COW! They have an ever changing seasonal specials menu with the most decadent drinks.

But perhaps the best thing about Simple Roast is the employees. They are always so fast, so friendly and so kind. And my son loves that the cup always has a sticker!

Excellent coffee and the baristas are the nicest!!! Drinks are served quickly (mine is usually ready when I pull up to the window) and always with a smile! 😍

one time i showed up sobbing my eyes out and was given a gift card <3 completely unexpected but made my day completely. i love simple roast i wish i could have their coffee run thru my veins

Best place to get coffee (and pup cups) in Auburn! The wait time can be long, especially on weekends but always worth it.
