The food and coffees are all delicious, and their rewards program is very simply and effective. One you've used your card there once and enter your phone number, that card is associated to your account, so every purchase after will credit your account toward a free coffee (12 credits = 1 free coffee). If I could do half stars this would be 4.5 instead of 4, simply because the prices are a bit high, but the quality is very good, so you do get what you pay for. We ordered two cinnamon rolls (which turned out to be mammoth in size), an iced caramel coffee and a black coffee, and that came to $16.

I love Simple Roast coffee. I love each month the different specialty flavors and mixes. I also enjoy just a regular coffee with cream and stevia.

I was impressed first by how fast it was to get served due to generally how busy they can get. Then came the amazing optical view and taste of the robust coffee flavor within the cotton candy blizzard. Two thumbs up!!

The employee was super nice, and the coffee was amazing, and the price was great. I will definitely stop every time I'm in the area.

Love the idea of the tiny lil drive thru... But the coffee wasn't quite what I expected...way too strong...not that great flavor either... Ordered a iced one for my better half to sample ( which I figured would have been cold till I could get it to him anyways) turned out to be a hot one🙄

They make the best coffee. I'd rather go here over any other coffee place. They always work so hard to make it look beautiful and the staff is always so nice.
