Simple Roast has the best coffee in the Auburn vicinity! This is one of their 2 coffee hut Drive thru locations (other is on the west end near Swagler), but they also have a small roastery/pop-up cafe as well. They have small pastries as well, some fancy type drinks, and just damn good coffee if you like it just black. Lines can be pretty long at peak hours but they usually move fairly quickly. Highly recommended, I have been going here for years!
