I love the fun specials as well as the friendly service. The line is always long but if you have the time it's worth the wait. The drinks are very espresso forward, so if you prefer your lattes so sweet you don't know it's espresso you might prefer Starbucks.

Simple roast is one of my reasons for coming to Auburn. I love the fun specials. Service is always as fast as possible with the drive through. Staff is very friendly. Can’t say enough good!

Love it here! The seasonal flavors are so so fun and absolutely driving to get from Syracuse. Everyone we’ve met here has been super friendly and accommodating with our drinks, whether it’s decaf or making a hot chocolate kids temp. That kind of quality makes all the difference

Great coffee and quick service! Even when they’re busy, they will come to your car and take your order so it’s ready at the window. I don’t live in the area but I always make a point to stop at Simple Roast when I visit. A fantastic small business to support in Auburn.

Simple Roast is the best coffee place in the area! Their specials are always delicious, the prices are reasonable for the quality that you get, and the staff is always super friendly and helpful! I cannot recommend them enough.

Always great coffee, everytime. Order is right consistently. And the staff is super personable and very outgoing. Never had a poor experience at either hut. Highly recommend for anyone. 5 star operation.
