Pretty good when we eat there in person but will never order from grubhub with them again. Very little eggs on both (my partner made us extra eggs to add in), soggy as hell and definitely not worth what we have to pay to get delivered. Almost like if they don't see you in person and have to deal with you they don't care if it's good.

Such a friendly, welcoming staff. A key part of my morning routine. Coffee, community, and delicious sandwiches. Love it! A Center Square institution!

Great ambiance. Excellent breakfast sandwiches and coffee with lots of flavors to choose from.

We used to love this cozy little coffee shop. The coffee was always good as well as the food. Lately though the customer service has been poor. After making my coffee order I waited almost 20 minutes because staff were serving coffee to friends (or just randomly?) that had not waited in line or paid. This happened three times and then they just completely forgot to make my order. Customers who came in after me got their drinks and were gone already by the time I finally got mine. Just not worth the money or time. Highly chaotic and cluttered waiting area too. Definitely go somewhere else if you are on a time line too.

Pretty delicious breakfast sandwich options. The first was so good I went back and got a second. Also comes with a drink which is a nice touch since you feel like you're paying 15 or more at some morning places after a drink. Friendly service and cool scene

Perfect spot in Albany's offbeat Lark street section for cafe surfing. I suggest you answer YES ABSOLUTELY when they ask if you want your muffin grilled with butter.. damn. The menu looked really good with both breakfast and lunch sandwiches at common folk prices. Super friendly and got a cool bumper sticker too. I'll be back.

Came often during winter and always enjoyed staff and espresso. Back in the area and came about an hour before close, no hello, I was instructed the grille is off for remainder of their business day, cashier angrily watched me sign my receipt, other worker yelling at an alexa to play a song in an otherwise silent room AND the espresso was terrible. It tasted harsh, heavy and gross. I couldn’t even drink it. My friend and I tried to ignore the awful vibes inside as we’ve only had great coffee at this location in the past and realize not everyone is mature enough to not project their bad day externally. With how uncomfortable it was the first go I cannot even imagine asking that cashier for a re-do. Bash Starbucks all you want but they got one thing right, great customer service. So many local coffee shops around in the area, keep your bad vibes and your trash espresso. 🤙🏽

Great spot for afternoon re- caffeination. Great coffee, even better baked goods. So very happy we stopped.

The staff is nice, the coffee is good, and the breakfast sandwiches are tasty.
I just wish they could consistently get orders right.
A request for no cheese in your sandwich 50-50 chance you get cheese in it.
Ask for an extra egg in your breakfast sandwich - there’s a chance you don’t get it but, you always get charged for it.
Occasionally I’ve gotten a similar but wrong sandwich - that honestly happens infrequently.
I’ve been going here for years and have noticed this more recently over the past 1-2yrs.
I’ve been going more infrequently over the past year and it’s getting to the point that I question is it worth it to pick melted cheese off my sandwich (lactose intolerant).
