Great coffee, a very fresh and tasty breakfast burrito, yummy scone and even scored some locally made pottery! A great place to stop if you're passing through Santa Fe.

I have been here maybe three or four times I've always gotten coffee or hot chocolate. They do have soy milk, which I am happy about. But my friend ordered a hot chocolate with soy and was given a hot chocolate with regular milk by mistake. This was easily exchanged. Meanwhile, at the same visit, I ordered a medium hot chocolate (with soy), and received a large (with soy). So there did not seem to be much attention to getting things right. Either that or there was a lot of miscommunication going on.
I noticed that both people in the kitchen were Hispanic, which is of course not uncommon, especially in Santa Fe. But one of these, who would call out the orders as they were ready at the counter, had such a thick accent and strange manner of speaking that it was almost impossible for the (mostly white) customers to tell what she was saying.
My other big complaint is that there are some large windows that let a lot of sun into the shop. This can be annoying (and hot) at times, as there is no awning. One window has a partial blind that covers about half the window. The other window has no blinds at all. Be careful where you sit or you might go home with an unexpected sunburn.
I wondered why some similar drinks were dispensed in paper cups and others in glassware. I was not asked if I had a preference. Paper seems wasteful.
I am vegan, and the menu is certainly not vegan, with few if any vegan food options. I don't really like this place. To me it is just another run-of-the-mill coffee shop. I only go here because it is in a convenient location and there seem to be few other options in the area.

This used to be a decent place for breakfasts. Now you need to plan half a day while the front counter staff tries to find her way around. Utterly inefficient. Add to that the flock of octogenarians. Who can’t even seem to remember why they came here, let alone knowing if they still like cream and sugar in their coffee . Time to get new staff!!!!!

Very nice place with cozy atmosphere, friendly baristas and good selection of coffees and teas. They also have delicious breakfasts!

Homey atmosphere, soothing music, excellent pastries, decent and wide variety of foods. Oh, and good coffee. Reminds me of a small town cafe minus the wait staff. Some large tables for gatherings or spreading out.

Walked in and saw five people behind the counter. No one even acknowledged us waiting to order, but we were the only ones in line.
We stood for five minutes while each of the five literally worked around us, walked in and out of the back, but no one even asked us to wait a minute to be served. It wasn’t until we were walking out that one guy waved goodbye at us.
We won’t be returning.
