All I can say is you need to go there now. The coffee is outstanding! Professional and kind employees also.

Best value for beans. You go around back to order. Drinks are take out but there is an outdoor seating area near by. It might be owned by another restaurant so ask.

A 16oz bag of beans comes in cheaper by ounce then Java Joe's which only sells 12oz bags. Quality for both is the same.

In total I'll take Joes over Ohori for a neighborhood coffee place in normal circumstances but beans get bought here.

This is some good stuff right here! Quad shot latte had my day set!

Talk about a coffee and tea lovers' paradise! I bought some local organic honey, some red chop sticks and a double macchiato. Free wifi. Great indoor and outdoor seating and plenty of parking!! Highly recommend. Other drinks avail also and they have amazing items for the kitchen and home as well

These guys over roast their coffee terribly bad. I asked for a light toast twice. Returned the first cup because it tasted of charcoal, second cup was supposedly "lighter" but was no better. The second time I tried to address it with staff, they ignored me. If you are interested in a good tasting, flavorful cup of coffee look elsewhere.

1. Great coffee. Nice staff but they look unhappy. Full of older people so its really the most dull coffee shop in town so far. Good location and parking lot. It's located right next to a small fancy market. Its very close to downtown and government buildings.

Ohori’s has a nice atmosphere, but misses on some key elements that constitute a solid coffee establishment. We came here on recommendation by the New York Times Travel section, but ultimately felt that it didn’t live up to expectations (we are coffee drinkers from the PacNW, so perhaps we’re difficult to please).

First, the standard approach at Ohori’s is to make 12 oz coffee drinks with a single shot of espresso. The result is a watered down drink that fails to address the morning grogginess. Second, the beans they grind for espresso drinks are over-roasted and they taste mostly of char alone. My latte had excellent micro foam @ good temperature, but the over-roasted beans kind of destroyed the drink. My wife ordered an Americano and was similarly dissatisfied.

If you want great coffee, good food, a light-filled cafe, and friendly service, then we recommend the nearby Sage Bakehouse.

Bottom line: Ohori’s is close to a great coffee shop, but it needs to change a few things in order to live up to its reputation. You can do it, Ohori’s!

I love the Golden Tumeric Latte with honey.

Simply the finest coffee beans that I have ever had. You can't go back after buying Ohori's coffee. FACTS OF NOTE: Roasted 3 times/week less than a couple of miles from both locations(!) Whether certified organic or not, all varieties of beans they sell are chemical pesticide/fertilizer free Ohori's didn't fall for the fad of doing only ultra-light roasts, the roasting scale is "City" to "City +", you can buy light-to-dark here... and someday die knowing that you treated yourself right. I recommend this place.

Tried 2 locations. The cold brew was WAY too strong, and I've tasted cold brew all over. Staff seemed too good or too busy to be friendly at BOTH locations, except...it wasn't busy. Won't be back. :-(
