Super nice staff and warm, welcoming environment. However, as others have mentioned, the prices for chocolate are poorly marked and incredibly steep, even by Santa Fe Plaza standards. We ended up spending ~$30 for maybe 1/2 pound of chocolate. We tried two types of milk chocolate bark that were okay, but comparable to Hershey's in quality. The nuts and fruit in the chocolate were bland and seemed like something purchased in bulk from Sysco. Lots of potential, but the quality and quantity really don't justify the cost.

The chocolate coated fruit was good, however the chocolate coated caramel was just awesome!! You must try that when you come in!

Sigh, just disappointing. Bland limeade, 1 tea, and 2 chocolate truffles for $22…WTF.
The limeade tasted like water with a hint of something (not even lime) and half of the cup was just crushed ice. Restaurants sell refreshments cheaper with free refills…
The tea - cmon, that’s just water and a basic tea bag from the supermarket. Came in a flimsy cup and didn’t even come with a heat protector.
Chocolate truffles were not anything special. The taste was nothing I will crave again. They sell cheaper and tastier ones at the supermarket or even at better bakeries.
Save your time and money. We wish we had read the reviews before coming here.

I really really wanted to love this place. Its cute and they say its family owned and the staff answered my questions. So we went in and picked out a few truffles. I was told if i got 10 we would get a discount (there are no prices listed anywhere). So we got 10 and they rang it up to $75!! My jaw dropped but I paid sat down to enjoy what would surely be the best chocolate I had ever enjoyed. Epic disappointment. The chocolate was completly bland and the cookoes that were dipped in chocolate were stale. I couldnt taste a difference between the dark, mike or makers mark chocolate. They all had the same bland flavor. I should mentoin that for my $75 i also got an iced coffee that was good. I wish i had read the reviews before wasting my money and calories here

No prices displayed any where, so I walked out of this store with $40 of chocolate in a teeny, tiny bag!! It was terrible!! I have purchased better dark chocolate at Walgreens. Stay away, Don't fall for the hype just because they are in the plaza. The girl that helped us was so rude. I will never go there again!!!!!!

Most expensive chocolate i've ever bought. Wouldn't have minded if it was good but it's more like a dry semi- sweet chocolate. The dipped cookies have barely any chocolate on them but they still cost a fortune. On top of that they screwed up my order and charged me for 2 truffles that did not even sound good. Guess I will give them out as a gift. Extremely disappointed.

The staff/owners seemed nice. Ordered 2 Mochas and 6 pieces of chocolate. $57 and had literal sticker shock. But ok. “Family owned” “ Hand dipped” we were ready for amazing ness. UGH! The mocha was basically water with whipped cream on top. I threw it out before we left the plaza. Back in our Air BnB and nearly broke my tooth on a pear dipped stale chocolate tasting disappointment. The brownie was mildly eatable. Threw out everything else. I am a small business owner who loves to support other small business owners. I never give bad reviews but this was really atrocious and a sad and total waste of money.

This is the worst chocolate EVER. I got a piece of the apple caramel cinnamon bark just today, and am now trying to enjoy it in my hotel room. It was extremely overpriced, I am thinking it works out to about $60 a pound. My first clue should have been when I asked the gal working there to break me off a smaller piece, and she couldn’t. At the time I thought she did not know what she was doing, so I bought the entire larger piece at $29, it’s about a four inch square. I am surprised that I have not broken a tooth biting into this, The small piece I did manage to eat is hard, dry, no flavor, and seems to be old. i will be that person who says if I could give 0 stars, I would. These folks should be ashamed of themselves. Going to go back tomorrow to try to get my money back, i did not get a receipt, so the struggle may be real. Don’t buy anything at this place.

We bought 3 truffles which they said were their best sellers. $16.25 and they were awful. Orange Blossom, Key Lime and dark chocolate. The dark chocolate was the only edible one.

I went here ages ago when visiting Santa Fe, and as I like to fancy myself a chocolate connoisseur, my standards were high. I was not disappointed. Not only were the truffles and drinking chocolate amazing, but the staff was friendly and they had an obvious passion for what they were doing. I would definitely plan a trip to New Mexico solely to visit this shop again.
And for the record, I've seen a number of reviews complain about the prices, but I've seen any number of places charge higher for products of lesser quality. The prices here are most certainly fair.
