Chocolate En La Plaza

Ordered a mocha and cappuccino and it was the worst beverages we’ve ever had. It tasted watered down and zero coffee flavor. The place and espresso machine are really dirty and the price was super expensive for what you get ($7 each). We took one sip and threw them in the garbage, we ended up at the Starbucks down the road.

Outrageous prices... And not marked anywhere. We bought just a few truffles and a small bag of chocolate almonds and the total was almost $100. Find your chocolate elsewhere...

The woman who helped us out was very nice but besides that this place was very disappointing. We bought 3 chocolate bars and 4 truffles and since there were no prices, I assumed it was going to be expensive but not $93 expensive! I was hoping this would be fantastic chocolate for how much it cost, but unfortunately it wasn't anywhere close to worth it. Dark chocolate was grainy and the others didn't taste like they even had chocolate.

Sorry; very expensive and not worth another visit. Pricing is not well posted and the chocolate was not good. The fruit bark was flavorless and stale and the pecan squares had the worse texture and flavor ever. I shared this product with three others in my group and the reaction was the same. Shortly after my visit I sent an email via their contact but did not get a reply. I did go back the next morning with the balance of the product for a refund and was offered a 20% refund. This place is a tourist trap as I can't see anyone going back for this chocolate at such a low quality and high price.

Total scam conning poor tourists. No prices listed. I spent $62 on two chocolates and a hot cocoa.

4 bucks for a 1 inch piece of chocolate they wanted a tip and it was old and not good and not worth the calories. Old chocolate

I feel like such a fool! I always check reviews before buying but the one time I didn't I get scammed here. I bought a small box of assorted goodies and it was somehow $70!! Tourist trap. Very nice staff so I felt bad and just paid it but it hurt I'm not rich.. but I am an idiot! Expensive lesson!

High price worth the high quality. Smooth, clean, delicious. To go bags we’re excessively consumptive. Stamped paper lunch bags feel more on brand. I’ll be back! No bag for me!

First off, $25 for four truffles is ridiculous. Second, it’s a tourist trap with no prices listed anywhere. We had the coconut ball, maple truffle, lemon truffle, and orange truffle. The coconut ball was as hard as a rock. The other three truffles had very little flavor and were bitter. Definitely not worth it and do not recommend.
