I love this place. The whole space feels bright, full of plants. The staff is friendly. The food has a lot of variety with great quality ingredients and preparation. Full coffee bar and Yerba mate. Empanadas. Steak Salads. Just a wonderful menu. Not to giant but exactly all the options you want. Parking is undesirable, but otherwise it's lovely! Indoor and lots of outdoor seating for the warm season.

Arrived early 840 maybe 2 tables were seated and only one server. I waited a few minutes before I placed my order to go. Ordered the big breakfast empanadas and coffees. $50 and 15 min later I got my order. I was a little shocked by spending $50 for breakfast, seriously? The empanada didn’t have any flavor to it not even a little salt. Overall i was underwhelmed by the food and still in shock of spending so much money on breakfast. Maybe the dining in experience is better.

A delightful spot set in the post modern Baca street area where there's a whole lot goin' on! My friend and I watched a smallish woman free lifting what looked like 200 lbs with uncanny ease during our walk to Cafecito. The restaurant is lovely with lots of light, green plants and two patios. The food and service are good too!

It has a beautiful inside area, with plants (probably from local plant place - Chlorophyll). It's bright and amazing. Wonderful staff and the food is out of this world. Try all the empanadas, try the coffee, everything is exquisite

I absolutely love their breakfast empanada but at 18 bucks a person not including a drink or anything else I won't be able to visit with my family of 4 except for special occasions. 100 dollars for breakfast ncluding a decent tip isn't in our budget. Such is the way, now a days

I’ve been to this cafe twice and was so impressed with the beautiful ambiance. The first time I ordered empanadas and chai tea. The food was good for the most part except they put cayenne in my chai, which ruined it. Also, the service was very slow. Second time I ordered the Baca Bowl and ginger turmeric tea. The tea was decent but the vegetable bowl was not served in a bowl and wouldn’t have satisfied a child. It had a few zucchini and some raw red peppers and maybe a 1/2 cup of rice. Not worth the $13.75 I paid. When we complained to the waiter he did nothing. The service was definitely lacking and made for an unsatisfying lunch.

Cafecito is hands down one of my favorite spots in Santa Fe. The staff are always friendly, and the food is delicious. Try the sampler of empanadas! This place is great for a quick lunch away from work.

Love love love this place. Usually when a place is packed I find the wait and fluster of impatience too overwhelming to enjoy a meal, but the staff was exceptional and gracious, checking in on us regularly, smiling and welcoming despite our huge double stroller blocking their entry way. They made us feel welcome and everyone included the patrons were kind and made our awkward size and giant kid cargo welcome. Then there was the food. My husband is Argentinian and he loved every morsel. The empanadas to the steak! The ambiance is wonderful and garden feeling. The owner was amazing and chatted us up for quite a while even after they had closed. We are in love. My entire family grandparents to siblings are regulars now. Well down cafecito!! Brava!!

Also absolutely must recommend and gush about the actual authentic Dulce de Leche!! Gracias, Che, por haber hecho un lugar tan lindo con el sabor de casa.

Good food and trendy atmosphere. Maybe even too trendy? But that’s up to you.
Coffee was good, empanadas were good, granola/yogurt bowl was good.
Service was quick, polite and friendly.
Would definitely swing by here again if in Santa Fe.

Love the atmosphere! Very hip, beautiful plants, fountain, seating, etc. Delicious Argentinian food! Loved the empanadas and the dulce de leche latte. Their dulce de leche cheesecake was also incredible. Would definitely go back!
