What a wonderful place. My wife found it, and I'm always a little leary about her choices, but she killed it on this one! Food was amazing! Super worth the price. I wish they had more sweets to go with the coffee, but what they had was very good. Reminds me of childhood food I had growing. The coffee is top notch, better than my favorite breakfast place in Santa fe (Clafoutis) which makes me sad and maybe better than anything I've had in santa fe in general. I ordered a latte. I would come here just for a coffee. Would it be OK if I brought my own pastries? My wife says I'll be going alone if I do. I'm definitely going back for lunch next time. The atmosphere is amazing, maybe the best in Santa Fe for a brunch type meal.

This chic Argentinian place offers fresh drinks, hot coffee and tea. A slight bland-ness accompanies a great balance of traditional sazón.
Our Menu:
• Special- perfectly cooked cubed potatoes make the base for a crispy breaded-chicken “empanizada” with sunny side up eggs that provide a lava-like sauce when the yolk is cut. 8.5/10
• Breakfast Empanada- Chorizo, bacon, great cheese and a sturdy amount of scrambled eggs stuff the almost-undercooked and bland-ish empanada. Paired with a green mix, cucumber and tomato slices and two very friendly green sauces. 7.5/10
Drinks:
•Peach tea- a well-balanced and aromatic hot tea, paired with lime and honey make a beautiful sweetness that is not overpowering. 9/10
•Dirty Chai Latte- Originally a traditional chai with a shot of espresso. Garnished with what I’ll confess, a little too much cinnamon and spices. Ordered with Almond milk, the spices missed the harmonious and elegant taste of a traditional chai. 4/10
Dessert:
•Lemon Poppyseed bread- not too heavy on the taste and light enough to not feel overly full. A fun taste experience with moist, yet textured bread and poppyseed. 8.5/10
Price: around $50 for the above.

This is a detailed review of a great spot. Friendly staff, great outdoor seating with just the right amount of shade and a fountain melody to tie up the atmosphere.
I personally enjoy Indian cuisine so I am partial to a well blend of spices.
In sum, I recommend to anyone who’s looking for a brunch spot. It’s really great! And friendly to all pallets.

Beautiful, bright venue with thoughtfully prepared dishes, friendly service, and close to shopping and sights. Prices for breakfast start about $10 per plate and go up. They serve local teas, which you can buy in town if you like.

Came for breakfast. Really enjoyed basking in the morning sun in the beautifully decorated main dining hall. Service was very friendly, I felt right at home.
- Empanadas were tasty. Crust was not too thick and the filling was generous.
- Dulce De Leche was excellent

I went with my friend to Cafecito for Memorial weekend and enjoyed a delicious breakfast! I ordered the ham and provolone croissant as well as a spinach ricotta empanada and a dulce de leche latte! I loved the empanadas I tried (I tried my friend’s empanada with corn as well) and the latte was divine 😋 The croissant tasted like a frozen one that had been heated up but other than that all the rest of the food was amazing and the gardens and dining room are beautiful!

Glad to have found this on our visit to Santa Fe. The ambience was lovely and inviting. We ordered the two vegan options on the menu - empanadas and avocado hummus sandwich along with latte made with oat milk. The food was great.

A real hidden gem. Great food, beautiful setting, and not as tourist-y as places in central Santa Fe. We loved the empanadas and the pannino imbattible.

Wow! A friend introduced me to this unique and quaint restaurant. Excellent place for breakfast! I highly recommend, love the unusual decor (some tables having a swing for a seat!). I ordered the breakfast empanada! DELICIOUS! 😁 looking forward to more visits to explore the menu

Amazing cafe with great customer service!

This place is a must visit every time I visit Santa Fe. The reason for this review is their amazing customer service that I am always blown away by! I very often order complex take out orders from here for 10+ people and they always get the orders right. They double check for you, provide ample silverware and condiments and even offer to bring the food to your vehicle for you. This is a great place not only for their food but their great customer service.

Wonderful experience here. Nice place to sit indoors or outdoors (there in March), pleasant staff, and yummy empanadas. More importantly, for us anyway, this was a very kid friendly AND parent friendly menu without having to rely the tired standards of French fries, nuggets, and grilled cheese for kids.
