Refused my service dog! He was refused even after seeing two stickers on the door confirming that service dogs are indeed allowed. Not to mention too pricey, I understand prices are going up but this was out of proportion. Customer service is 50/50 some people are super sweet and some are the opposite. Food is okay bakery is good. After reading a couple more reviews, I saw that someone else had the same problem. The owner responded “ I know your dog wasn’t actually a service dog” in her review. staff may ask only two specific questions: (1) is the dog a service animal required because of a disability? and (2) what work or task has the dog been trained to perform? Staff are not allowed to request any documentation for the dog, require that the dog demonstrate its task, or inquire about the nature of the person's disability. So were these questions asked? Service dogs should only be asked to leave if they are misbehaving and not being obedient.

Amazing Food and amazing service. Great Family Atmosphere. Prices are great as well. Definitely want to add it to your stops while in Ruidoso NM. Thank you Tina's!

Great place, we have been here twice and the customer service is really good and attentive and the food is delicious. Best breakfast place in town.

Holy Moly!! The food and service were outstanding!!! Six of us sat at the bar to eat. Sherri, the bartender, was also our server. She was so friendly and made sure we were happy with everything. I had the most amazing veggie omelette I’ve ever had. My in laws had the sausage biscuits and said they were phenomenal!!! The homemade salsa and chips were excellent as well! I have added this little gem of a restaurant to my favorites list. I will be back next time I visit Ruidoso!

Ordered takeout, chili rellenos plate. Very tasty with good portions, but not too much like some. Side salad was extremely good and small cup of beans was perfect for my appetite. Food was hot to go and ready when I arrived. I plan to order again.

Absolutely delicious. Bacon Breakfast burritos are the best. Tina’s breakfast Great with eggs, toast with Apple Jelly, potatoes, thick crispy bacon & side of beans. Ordered cinnamon rolls to go. They look delicious too. 😋. Awesome service 😀

Ok so if you are visiting Ruidoso NM you must go here. Food is fabulous and staff treat you like family. Green chile tamales are a specialty and the 🌽 was lucious. Must also get the best cinnamon roll on the planet - "pig candy" when you order it with bacon!

Amazing little cafe!!! We had the Quiche w/spinach, bacon, and swiss and with a salad. It was amazing and fresh. Also ordered the “No Name Burrito”, and it was fantastic. Get it smothered with the green and red chili sauce for that extra kick!! And a slice of carrot cake!! And most importantly was the customer service our server, Lisa, she was friendly and attentive and just what can I say Great. Made us feel at home. Thank you.

Our family usually loves coming to Tina’s & it’s one of our favorite places in town. But tonight I ordered pickup and ordered cheese enchiladas christmas (red & green Chile), but it only came with red, and the $3 chips & salsa only came with the tiniest side of salsa. Not the worst meal ever but definitely not what I was expecting / paid for, or excited about. Bummer.
