This place will not disappoint!
The service is second to none and the staff goes over and beyond to make sure you enjoyed your time.

There are about 6 tables to let when you walk in. This is where you want to be, really. The other section feels a little stale and echoes very badly.

Without a doubt, order the stuffed puffed pastry with either chicken or pork, both are delicious.
The homemade dressings for your salad will leave you thinking “hm, maybe I do like salads?”.

If you don’t go to tinas for any other reason, go for the desserts. 😳😁😋

Called in for a breakfast burrito with the most meats. Lady suggested a pork burrito. Never offered anything else, no total was given no was my name asked for...
Arrived at location, no one offered help until the manager asked. Servers walked right by me with no acknowledgement. Wasn't given what I order. Was given a pork, lunch burrito instead....

Had the No name burrito. And the wife had pancakes with bacon. The food was very good. Very clean. And our waiter was very friendly.

An unassuming charming little spot with excellent food. Our server Kaylin was extremely attentive. We recommend the eggs Benedict with the green chille sauce. Scrumptious.

Your no name burrito for breakfast is insane. We had breakfast there in the late morning and didn't have to eat again until after 6:00.

After a day hiking at grindstone lake with my girlfriend I chose to drop by Tina's cafe on a whim to support the local businesses. This was a great choice. The community surrounding this place is fun to look around while waiting for seats (according to my other half). But out of the whole community this is the only business that would bring me back. The food was good and came out hot, and the patio environment was great. They are serving a table of at least 20, so they are capable of holding and serving big parties if you need a spot. Next time I'm in Ruidoso, we'll be back.

Horrible management. Older lady was very rude. Other workers were visibly frustrated with her, as well. Then the power went out in the kitchen. This was all after waiting 30 minutes with young children and two empty tables behind us. If you have children you have to waitonger to be seated.

Great food and excellent service! I had the green chili cheeseburger and my husband had the red tamale and both were amazing. We finished with a slice of hummingbird cake and ended up ordering one to take back to our family. We will be back to try the rest of the menu!

Friendly people. Excellent food. Great service. Jody(spelling?) is great company for lunch.

Every food we ordered were delicious. My only suggestion is to have some flavor added to the steak. Amazing customer service.
