Chill Out by Simple Sugars

The Thai Tea & Green Tea are brewed in house and the tapioca is also from scratch that takes a 5 hour process. I’m not a fan of typical tapioca because it’s slimy- but these are amazing and have such good flavor!
(Horchata is from a mix... sad. But still good if you’re into that flavor.)

One of the few frozen yogurt shops along the way. This place not only has great frozen yogurt but an incredible view to enough the outside sitting and people watching. I loved the small town and can't wait to come back and visit longer.

Visited on 2/22/20 in the late afternoon. They have a variety of sweet treats and hot drinks. The two young men working were very friendly and courteous. They have great customer service skills!

Absolutely love this place!! Also appreciate how health cautious they are by making sure everyone puts hand sanitizer on before getting any froyo👏🏼

We have been here a couple times and it never disappoints! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The frozen yogurt, boba tea, and shakes are delicious. I highly recommend this place!

The gentleman working this evening was extremely rude. Ignored us when we asked where the line started since everything was so disorganized. Then when we were paying he went up to our cashier shoved her out of the way and canceled my transaction in the middle of it, and charged me 2 more dollars. He said he was "watching us" and some of the frozen yogurt was scooped out of my cup. As if we were trying to get away with stealing or something. He went out of his way to loudly humiliate us over something as pitiful as spilled frozen yogurt. I am pregnant and decided it wasn't worth a argument. Rude service and over priced. Will not be coming back and will share my experience with my friends and family.

Fantastic, clean local shop with delicious boba tea. I’m not a fan of super sweet boba concoctions and their green tea boba was super delicious. Friendly, smiling, helpful staff who answered all my questions and gave excellent recommendations. Frozen yogurt looked amazing too. Will be back! Thank you!

Came in from Hobbs, NM shopping with my daughter and daughter in law. Best service Ive had seen since I’ve been here very friendly. Ice cream is amazing.... Definitely will come back every time I get to Ruidoso!!!!!!

We literally just walked out of there.. it was SO good !! Loved the atmosphere, the staff was very friendly & there were plenty of toppings to choose from. Try the dark chocolate flavor, it's incredible !

Came in today for the first time and the guy attending the counter was extremely friendly and cute. I love his eyes and was also so patient and helpful . The items ordered were great and I will def be going back !
