Food was good as always. Asked for sausage and received bacon. Simple mistake and quick fix. Went through the entire meal on only one cup of coffee. Didn’t get asked for refill until I was finished eating. Still best place to eat breakfast in town though.

Amazing food, good menu choices, portions and great service - once you’re seated. But my goodness - the wait! Nowhere to stand. Looked like they could use some more help as well - someone to expedite food so it doesn’t sit in window so long and someone to bus tables. Not sure if we hit them on a bad day but would likely not come back again if busy looking at all.

This is, in my opinion, one of the BEST finds in Roswell!! Definitely your "hole in the wall feel". Small with a ton of character. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Food is to die for!! Guy from DDD needs to visit this place! The restrooms are clean and have character as well. If on a wait... be sure and stay. They actually ask for you to try and spend a maximum of 45 minutes due to limited seating and popularity of the restaurant. Believe me, it is worth the wait!!

After my partner and I were greeted, we had to wait a while to be seated although there were 3 open tables (2 of them 2 seaters). After, the person that came in after us ordered their food that's when we were finally seated. I had the spanish omelet, it was tasty with a sweet roasted tomato flavor and some heat! The grits were more of a watery cream of wheat, cold and flavorless. The waitress was kind enough to offer some butter to help but the grits were so cold it made the butter harder. My partner had the Chicken Biscuit and it was beautifully delicious. The pies are impeccable! When we were leaving the staff became more friendly

This little local's cafe serves up big food to satisfy hungry appetites. The staff is an absolute pleasure even under the constraint of long wait times and crowds. I got the Roswell Omelette with Roswell Sauce, which is a green chili based sauce and found it flavorful. Coffee is also great. I really recommend this breakfast spot as an out-of-towner.

Good food and fair price. I had the pancakes and the alien omelette.

Went to Cowboy Cafe for the first time since moving to Roswell, can say confidently it's much better than IHOP and Denny's! The sausage gravy tastes like that good homemade gravy 🤤 the only real downside is they need a bigger building!

Fantastic little restaurant. Excellent staff. Nice and clean. Food served hot and delicious. Pancakes and eggs were perfectly cooked. Bacon was good and crispy. The huevos rancheros were so good. Got them with the green chile sauce. Huge portion of tasty hash browns. The coffee was excellent and they refilled the cups routinely. Definitely worth the trip. So glad we found this little gem.

This is a fun, lively cafe very close to the "alien" attractions. The service is great, especially considering how busy this place can get. The food was hit or miss - some undercooked eggs and unseasoned hash browns.

Nice little off the strip find. Really good food and the staff were wonderful!
