Cowboy cafe is delightful. The portions are large, the food is delicious, and the coffee keeps coming. There's a cowboy theme and a country taste to everything. If that's your cup of fire percolated coffee, you'll love this place.

The burger patty was a very dry and tough premade patty, my opinion rings should be called "dough rings" very thin opinion in a lot of dough. 40 bucks for two people to eat, there are better places.

My only problem with this diner is that I discovered it on our Last day of vacation instead of the first. So damn good! The cafe is small, but the food it top notch. My meatloaf is one of the best I've ever had. If there's a line, wait. It's worth it!

Best food and great prices. Every time I come to roswell I will be coming here. The waitresses are friendly and are nice

The Cowboy Cafe is a local eatery that is decorated to reflect it's name. Their menu also reflects the name, but is broad enough for almost anyone to choose a meal from. The names on the dishes also continue the western theme. I had the huevos rancheros which did not live up to my expectations when compared to others on my trip. But, they were edible. It is a local hangout with everyone know each other and knowing who are tourists. Would eat there again just for the true western atmosphere.

I'll preface that I'm the skinny(er) person that buffets hate.
Our group of 6 each ordered different items and loved ALL of the food! The attached picture is The Starving Cowboy with the Chicken Fried Bacon. Holy cow!
If you're in town, definitely eat here!

Huge portions, outstanding breakfast menu with unique names, something for everyone! Love the pepper gravy, huevos rancheros we’re excellent with the green sauce, great vegetarian options! And the biscuits - flaky, soft, fresh - can’t go wrong!

OMGOSH...wife picked out this place on google as we were traveling thru Roswell...food was amazing. Probably the best coffee I've had at a restaurant. (grits and huevos rancheros in the pic) Great selection on the menu, very nice and attentive waitress...the ONLY issue is the place is tiny and packed...had to wait a while to get seated, but so glad we did. When we passed back Roswell a few days later, we wanted to go there again...we waited and waited for someone to take our name for the wait, but no one ever did...we disappointingly left. They definitely need some type of hostess help. Don't miss eating here if you can!!

Food- The food are decent but my order it's ok, it's just the chicken fried steak is a little bit tough.

Twins/Kids 1 year old- Just got a problem with our twins tho, they didn't asked as about the booster but we didn't asked about it but the server should asked about it?, am I right? But anyways my babies love the food but one of my twins make a lot of mess but we gave a pretty decent tip for it as a saying sorry.
