What a perfect piece of treasure in Madrid! My blended mocha was amazing, service was great, and the fun trinkets to buy were absolutely perfect! I love this town and now I love it more after trying this amazing coffee shop!
UPDATE-went back to my favorite little coffee shop while in town and purchased my go to mocha. Amazing as usual. But my favorite treasure was the cutting board I went home with. Wish I didn’t live 1400 miles away from this gem!

We enjoyed our lattes and our gigantic cinnamon roll was plenty for two. And delicious. We loved walking around Madrid and sharing conversation outdoors here at this cafe with a local guy from Albuquerque added to our stop.

Great place. My sister and I took the back way from Albuquerque to Santa Fe and stopped for coffee and pastries. Everything about the place was great. Service, food and especially the coffee.

Great blended coffee. Dont expect anything to be fresh though... They have everything bottled and premade. The Fruit smoothie I ordered was just Ice and milk, no peaches what so ever, if I was not in a hurry I would take it back for a refund. Oh yeah no sugar free options. Cute place though..

Adorable coffee spot in Madrid. Very laid back and the cheese danish was the best I’ve ever had!

I live down the road and I've given this place a couple tries, only once has it been good. Stopped in with my parents while they were here on vacation. Lady at the counter wasn't terribly pleasant, almost as if we were inconveniencing her. The coffee we ordered was lukewarm, and this was the case several other times.
Tried a nice local place, but from now on I'll either be grabbing something in Cedar Crest or bypassing to Santa Fe.

Very friendly staff, happy to greet us and take our orders. Got a white lightening, delicious. The breakfast burrito was surprisingly good for reheated

Cute place, great coffee and pie! Only negative is dogs are not allowed on their outside patio. Also the day I was there the internet was out (as well as cell service in the whole town) not sure if this is the norm, but be aware!

I stayed at the B&B above the shop with my husband. Our stay was wonderful. The deep, luxurious claw foot tub is incredible if you love a good bath. The whole place has a great eclectic feel with comfy furnishings and bed, a cute kitchen, beautiful hardwood floors, and a private deck to enjoy the crisp evenings. And you wake up to excellent coffee and pastries in the morning! Madrid is our favorite town for a quick getaway. The town is certainly one of a kind, artsy, historic and somehow at once both lively and peaceful. We honestly could not have been happier with our stay here and we will be back. Definitely stay here!!!
