Who would have thought this place in the middle of nowhere on I-10 could serve up some great food. The gently fried tortillas on the chicken tacos were fantastic. A clean kitchen and a friendly staff make this place a good pit stop to fill your belly for the rest of the drive.

This is the cutest place. The staff is super friendly. The food was great! I got the burritos and my friend got the enchiladas.. so yummy
We had been driving for hours and this was the perfect place to stop. Much better than any diners in the area!
Adobe Sage (Daniel Sage)
Basically no vegan or vegetarian options since the beans have meat in them. Still ordered the veggie enchiladas anyway but they brought out tacos. Service was slow which you expect in rural New Mexico.. I'd give them another shot if they brought on some beans without meat. Salsa was great.

Outstanding food, reasonable prices and very slow service. It took about a half hour to get our food after ordering. The couple beside us waited at least 10 minutes to order after being seated. The bus boy (who was very nice) unfortunately was more interested in wrapping napkins in silverware that assisting the overwhelmed server. Still, the server dropped the ball several times during our dining process by forgetting to bring condiments (after we asked), slacking on drink refills, and not asking the appropriate questions when we ordered. I'd definitely give this place another shot (for the chips and salsa) but if the dining room is full and the kitchen has several to-go order you are going to wait awhile.

We stopped here on out way to El Paso, and what a treat! Don't let the area or outside fool you, this little gem is amazing! Between the 3 of us we had many of the options available and were not disappointed. Burrito, tamales, enchilada, tacos, and chili relleno were all great! The green sauce was amazing, as was the salsa with the chips. We will definitely be back!!
