Delicious coffee and outstanding customer service! They have oat milk as a dairy free alternative which is great (and very tasty too). We'll be back for sure!

Best roaster I've tasted in some 200 mile radius. They're willing to experiment with interesting processes, which always gives me something interesting to try. I'm particularly intrigued by what they've been working on with anaerobically fermented coffees.

Espresso is the best in town. It tends to range from great to a middle of the road tasty, depending on who's working. I find it a good bet.

I've sometimes found the roast level to vary between bags of the same coffee, but I think that's a bit nit-picky.

Staff are all friendly, and the atmosphere is nice. Would recommend for anyone looking for lighter roasted coffees in the area.

Absolutely fantastic coffee! Tried a latte with pistachio creamer Mmmm. An absolute must add on to your Las Cruces trip!

I had the pleasure of stopping through here on one of their roasting days. It was a bit loud, but worth it to see them roasting and to have an opportunity to walk out with a still warm bag of freshly roasted, anaerobic fermented coffee that smells so fruity and sweet.

This cafe feels very welcoming with plenty of places to sit and enjoy the drinks, or snoop on the roasting if you’re there on the right day.

The coffee is lovely, with plenty of options for different preparations. In Las Cruces this is the coffee shop to go to for coffee that doesn’t need milk or syrup. Though I don’t think anyone would judge if you want them anyway.

If I had to find something to improve, I would recommend some sound deadening materials on the walls to quell the the echo from the roasters.

Also, access from the interstate could not be more convenient.

Literally have never been here before and wanted to support local. The barista was so freaking rude, I told him I had never been before and asked about baked goods, and gave me attitude when I asked. Then when I asked for two simple vanilla lattes and what milks they had, he literally shook his head annoyed and listed them as if it was the biggest inconvenience to do so. Never going to support a place with such rude service. Be better.

Cute shop. Great coffee. Recommend grabbing a coffee and heading up to the Organ Mountains for breakfast with a view!

Some of the best coffee (Latte) I've ever had and I've been all over the country. Even the buzz is of higher quality. (I stopped here twice, once in Feb 2021, and again in March 21)

Coffee quality and selection leads the region. Yummy baked goods as well.

Picacho coffee never disappoints. It’s about the only coffee I drink lately. I’ve tried many of their roasts and all have been unique and satisfying. I particularly like the Costa Rica. A great Las Cruces gem.

If I could give a lower rating I would. Bottom line, very rude and unfriendly. Male Barista working today (7/13) at 1pm was very passive aggressive when I asked what milk alternatives they carry. He's obviously disgruntled working there and he took it out on me. Would not recommend.
