It's a very classy place. The coffee is great, the Earl grey tea is even better. Not too pricey and courteous service.

Marissa was just so great! She helped me with my million questions AND ventured into new territory of buying an e-card as a last minute birthday gift for a friend! She called me by name and just went above and beyond for me. Appreciate the customer service fo sho. Taking Clovis to the next level of customer service is long overdue and it has started with this business. They support other local businesses and artists and what is more New Mexico True than that?

I don't understand how they have so many good reviews when their service is so horrible. I tried placing an order on the app but there's no guest option, it was making me create an account. I tried doing that and it still wasn't working but wouldn't give me an error as to why. So I call the number that is listed on their sign that says "call for carry-out" and the girl that answered was extremely rude. I told her the situation and she said "well just come inside". Theres a reason I was trying to order online or by calling, if I could go inside I would.

Blackwater is always full of friendly faces and makes me feel like I’m surrounded by family. The coffee is amazing and I love the seasonal menu!

Blackwater Coffee CO. In Clovis NM has an incredibly cozy feel in the atmosphere. Very good products. A nice place to sit and read a book, but also a great place to meet a friend for coffee.

The staff is so amazing and patient and kind. They are always so friendly and the food and all their drinks are delicious! Everything from frappes to London fogs! Truly the best!

Love the ambience and the service is really good. One time their system went down and offered the drink free but I stayed there for a bit and system went up so I paid. The gesture is well noted though! Thanks ladies!

The Tea here was quite good, nice atmosphere, very relaxing. I would avoid the food here though, I got a bacon chicken bagel and the chicken was so old and dried out I couldn't even bite through it :/ I ended up just eating the bagel and tossing the chicken...

Cute place. Friendly and helpful baristas. Their Honey Cinnamon Breve is delish for those if us who don't like a sweet coffee.
