Manager named Dana like to add extra bogus charges, would not give me a refund slip, asked for chips on side of my order, she gives me tiny containers w my toppings in them, like wouldn't common sense tell u to put toppings in tray container and chips in a bag?! Then she has no customer service skills, rude, yelling in front of coworkers, if this is the boss and that's the example she's setting for employees this snow to go is in some trouble, how can someone so dumb be in charge?! No wonder that place is falling apart like it it, check the numbers, you know that place was doing better before she came along, she's a real.. a real... Well you know smh

Placed order. Arrived as told 20 min got to watch server visit with friends in car in front of me for 15 min. Decided didn't want cold food. They can eat my order. Hope owner likes losing money.

I use to absolutely love their snow cones there, but recently they have been adding a lot of water to their juice and everything taste like just water and sugar no flavor what so ever ! The picture below is not a very good picture but if you have ever ordered a wild cherry snow cone from there you know how red they are. This snow cone is far from the color it usually is for being a wild cherry. The taste is horrible also so are my kids snow cones that are different flavors all of ours taste like nothing !

I'd give this 0 if I could. I ordered 2 drinks and it took them 15 minutes for 2 drinks!! Either you need more staff or more competent people. Absolutely ridiculous!

Ordered food went to pick up knocked on window and heavy set girl with short haor and glasses opened the window and gave me a look like i stepped on her cat. She said my order was not ready and she would bring it out then shut the door as i was talking. I waited 10 mins and nothing. I finally went back up to window to check on my order and it was sitting there on the table ready but she did not let me know it was ready. Id still be waiting there if i did not go up and check, horrible customer service from the heavy set short haired girl with glasses

Went 20-30 minutes after ordering on phone as instructed got there and had to wait an additional 15 minutes even tho there wasn’t anyone else there. We were missing things when they gave us our items at the hand off and when we got home and opened their staples paper bag we were missing two whole sandwiches and the ones we got weren’t even cooked right.

No spoons, no pickles or pickle sno cones, and our order was incorrect. However, what we received was good (even the incorrect item, lol) and everyone was nice and efficient.

I don't like this place anymore, new owners. I would suggest giving all your business to the South sno to go. Good food, low prices!!

Our burgers were burnt and dry and not to mention the meat was lacking I had to tear most of the bread off my burger to get to the meat i paid for a regular cheese burger and it was like a kiddie burger also don't order the fries because they aren't fries Idek what they are !! Fry chips ?? I won't be wasting my money here again !

Every thing we got was not cooked or seasoned. The taco salad was just lettuce tomato n melted cheese with hamburger meat no seasoning at all no shell or chips. The poppers onion rings and chesse sticks were all undercooked. And the burger bun was hard and stale. Very disappointed after spending $57.
