Central Grill and Coffee is FANTASTIC! The food is perfect for breakfast or brunch.

Only spot in town that I visited recently that has several options for Italian cream sodas, one of my favorite drinks🥤

They have seating inside and outside which is great now that it's starting to warm up but even if it is cold they have heaters to keep us warm!

One of my favorite places to visit and I always recommend it to anyone that comes into town.

We were greeted with smiles and so much friendliness from all of the staff. The blue corn pancakes were delicious as were the chilaquiles. The manager even added in a blueberry pancake just to try. It was a fantastic experience and we will totally be going back!

This place is delicious! The staff was very friendly! The atmosphere was comfortable and very clean. The manager was super nice and came to ensure our food was up to par. I will recommend this place to anyone in the city. It is worth the drive, you will not be disappointed. I am so glad I stopped in, I will definitely be back! Central grill never let's us down. The owner even asked if we would try a new dip. Let's just say we ate that before our meal. Carne adovada bean dip will not disappoint. All the staff was pleasant and courteous.

A really good establishment. First off, they are known for their blue berry pancakes. I had some and they are pretty dang good. The New Mexican food is really good. I really like the Chile relleno I had. It was nice and crunchy on the out side and the cheese was melted on the inside. The staff are really friendly and the place is clean. The inside is a small dining room, but they have a large covered outdoor dining area, plus the a drive through. Would go again.

WOW!! So impressed- we had breakfast here and it was delicious. Friendly service! We ordered the huevos rancheros, grilled cheese, and the breakfast plate. All was a 10! Cute environment! We will be going here again!

Quick service and food was good. Feels like the burrito needs something on the side to go with it.

Very authentic homemade food! Food is always so good and fresh. I wish they would open until a little later. If you are around or visiting Albuquerque, I highly recommend to try this place! They do have drive thru line however I have never gotten someone to help. Parking is always available during breakfast and lunch!

Amazing spot to have a delicious and fresh meal! First time here and everything was great! Staff was super friendly and wait times were not long (even with 8 people in line before me). Blueberry pancakes are yummy, biscuits are super moist and buttery, and the cinnamon roll was amazing. The owner, George walked around and greeted everyone, pitched in by getting people water, food and even checked people out. He also gave me free red/green chili for me to try! Definitely worth the visit
