Rook Coffee

Best cold brew in town. Their hot coffee (single drip or regular) is also a standout. Besides their coffee they have a nice, smallish, selection of bagels with spreads and pastries. If you're nearby stop in, you will not be dissapointed.

Set up of this coffee location is very inefficient, people are herded from one area to the other and left to stand in the middle of the shop. Wish they set it up better, newcomers are instantly confused even if there are huge signs saying where to order/pay. Baristas are alright, some of them at the ordering station are a bit snide. Why do I put up wth this abuse you ask? Because the coffee is amazing.

I absolutely LOVE Rook. Every location serves the most delicious coffee and the service is wonderfully welcoming and helpful. The Town Pointe location is my favorite and their employees are incredible. I hate having to get my coffee anywhere other than Rook.

I was the only person at the store but they refused to take my order unless I downloaded the app due to corona Virus. So I did. After filling out my order which came to $17.30 ((iced coffee and a bag of coffee) I decided not to put my order through and leave. It was simply poor customer service. If you are refusing to take orders then don’t open your store. I wasted my time a halfhour which could have taken 30 seconds if the girl had asked my order.

Absolutely love this place and all of their locations. Best coffee in the state hands down. Always make it a point to stop if I am going to be in the area. Love coming here and can't wait to go back.

They would rather your coffee melt or get cold then serve it to you fresh, they have a ridiculous waiting system. Absolutely horrid place, overpriced and terrible service, the baristas couldn’t be bothered for anyone. What amazing customer service!!!

I've been in sales and customer service for 35 years the coffee is fantastic but the service was terrible because they had a large on the phone or online order they make me wait until all there is it. You're all the cups were done and all I wanted was one medium coffee but otherwise that the coffee is great

It's a small shop with a limited selection of pastries and snacks. Located next to a hardware store with good parking. Staff seem to know locals but were a little less friendly to us. Not rude, just perceptibly less friendly. The coffee was fine but no better than most other shops.

There is no coffee like Rook coffee. If you haven't had it try it, if you've had it then no further explanation is necessary. It is by far the freshest coffee I've ever had. And the staff is very friendly, too. This applies to all Rook locations.
