This one is by far one of the less crowded, relaxed and scenic locations of the best of coffee in the US “Gregory’s Coffee”. Nice music adds to the nice decor making it a pleasant ambience. Sit and relish your drink inside sipping the great music along or walk or jog by the Hudson River shore enjoying the NYC skyline.

Great Coffee !
We don't have this coffee shop near where we live, but whenever we are in Jersey City we make it a point to go to this place.
The coffee is super as well as the lattes.
The service is fine as well.
No Issues !

I love this place! It’s my go-to coffee spot most mornings. My favorite thing to get is the salted caramel cold brew! They have a lot of vegan and healthy breakfast options which is great. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. Great place to do work or just quickly pick up a coffee!

I really wanted to like this place but it has just too many things that irritate me. Gregory's is well located just above the PATH station and faces partially towards Manhattan. It is clean and well maintained. The staff are nice and helpful. And that's when the slooooow wait time kicks in. I know that business has really picked up for them but the staff seem to be inexperienced and unsure of how to handle multiple orders. Each time I've been there this month, I'm almost ready to abandon my paid-for beverage and just head into work (down into the PATH).

View just opposite this coffee shop. Love the oatmeal ... they also have some vegan options.

Nice coffee, okay-ish sweets (some are good, some are so-so), great selection of vegan sandwiches. Vegan burrito is a hit!You can pay with Level Up, which is good.

So I dont usually review restaurants/cafes but this time I just had to.
Me and my uncle went to Gregory’s for brunch just because I recommended it to him and because i always get my coffee before heading to office every week from Gregory’s. The service and specially the lady with curly hair (I couldnt get her name as she did not have a tag on) who was at the counter was horrible and blatantly rude. We ordered two house coffees and a few things to eat. When we asked for half-and-half on the side she made this really weird face and started pouring it into a cup and when we asked her to stop she looked at us as if we had asked her to pour two more cups. We told her we might come back for more if we need it as we barely asked her to pour like 1/10th of the cup looking at the way she was reacting. When i went back for the H&H and a fork she rolled her eyes and gave it to me. I was polite throughout this whole ordeal and smiled every-time i asked for something. But she was rude, dismissive and clearly not in the mood to serve customers.
The coffee as usual was excellent and the food was great. As a matter of fact the lady who handed me the Spicy Avocado Toast was really sweet and asked me if everything was okay (probably also because she was observing what was happening from the back).
These are some of the things Gregory’s should focus on to make the experience better for customers by asking it’s employees not to be rude to its customers. I would have definitely given 5 stars had it not been for that lady at the counter who had to make this experience so bad for me and for my uncle who was at Gregory’s for the first time (P.S He loved the coffee too but definitely had a bad experience)

I really like the fresh bakery and service here - my go to place for working and studying. However, the owner really needs to look into intermittent internet issues. Spoils the overall great customer experience. Coming from a loyal customer who buys from this place almost everyday.

I ordered an iced Americano and the barista took a plastic cup of ice and poured hot water in it before pouring in the espresso. The product was a lukewarm watery americano as all the ice melted. The barista affirmed that this was how it is usually done, which cannot be right. I then wrote to Gregory's and no response. Avoid this place.

Recently my experience at Gregory’s was quite disappointing, but today’s order was the last straw! I understand when it gets busy there’s no time to make fancy swans or hearts, but my two hot lattes didn’t have any foam at all! They looked just like the liquid you get from mixing instant coffee with milk. It also tasted watery, I just threw them away after one sip. So sad Gregory’s standards dropped so low, I used to love their coffee a lot :(
