We were in Atlantic City for a mini vacay and ventured into Egg Harbour for places to eat. The reviews I read were good, guess I should have read more. The menu offers so many options it's crazy. We finally decided on the broiled seafood platter and the turkey with dressing. Let's start with the seafood platter, menu said sea scallops but that was not the case or they were just very small sea scallops. Shrimp was gritty and the crab stuffed flounder was actually raw on the bottom and included 1 spit crab leg. For $32.00 you would've expected better. Let's move on to the turkey. It was served with dressing and cranberry sauce. Turkey was deli sliced like you would put on a sandwich, dressing was probably fine for some but not my taste. Ordered mashed potatoes and even though the server said they were home-made, which I still doubt, they were very bland even after adding salt, pepper and the butter that came with the rolls. We sent the seafood platter back and hubs ordered a hamburger, which thank goodness was cooked right. Now onto the server, no personality, just take the order, serve the food. Hubs had to wave her down to tell her about the seafood and to get refills on drink.

This is a nice modern diner. We were here for breakfast and the food was good. The waitress was very helpful.

The food is edible, but that’s it. It is a dinner so there’s that, and you definitely get your moneys worth with the portions; however you will be needing the salt and pepper shakers. I honestly think their aversion to salt is why they are popular with the silver surfer crowd 👵🏻👵🏽👴🏾 🧑‍🦼

Shockingly great beer & espresso selection. The menu is vast and has everything from broiled seafood, streaks, to parms, sandwiches, soups, breakfast, and so much more. I had the carmel macchiato which had a lovely carmel flower design, gave me the energy boost I needed & was sweet enough to fulfill that dessert craving. Fresh mozzarella salad was light & delicious. Only criticism I can give is the mash potatoes tasted like they were instant from a box opposed to real mash potatoes. Our server was attentive and polite. It was a great experience.

Service was slow. I order the early bird filet mignon and crab cake combo. My steak was super over cooked, and im not sure what cut it was but there is no way that was a filet.

Lemon merengue pie to start and thenb3 eggs and bacon. Rye dry, HFWD. COFFEE .Was delicious. My friend who is very hard to pls was even very happy
