Donut Connection

The older woman at the counter was the reason for this 3/5 stars. Despite being polite, cracking a joke, etc, she was so absolutely and totally unpleasant. I could be Robin Williams, Frank Sinatra, Donald Trump, and she probably wouldn't even utter an extra word other than the bare minimum required to complete a transaction. Aside from that unpleasant part of the visit, the donuts were honestly nothing to write home about.

Ordered a white iced croissant to go upon arriving home open the bag to taste the croissant and it was so stale at least 2 to 3 days old could not bite through without everything crumbling. My opinion Don’t buy here !!!!🤮🤮🤮

Delicious coffee and donut

I have had better breakfast sandwiches from carts in Philly. The coffee was not good and I do not believe the bagels are made in house... probably not worth the calories.

Place is extremely dirty & surprised if they pass their necessary inspections. They try overcharging you at the counter. So be careful when adding things up because they’re not. Other Donut Connection prices are extremely lower. Consumer beware

Went in there and ordered two bagels with butter and the Chinese guy that owns or runs the store made it with cream cheese. He tried making me pay for them when he messed up my order. Then refused me service and told me to leave the store. They were most ignorant people I have ever came into contact with. Don't waste your time or money going here.

Visited the place mistakenly thinking its Dunkin. But everything was amazing. We had very nice coffee(better than Dunkin)and Donuts, Bagels. Staff were too friendly and helpful.

I don't want to love this place but I do. Best donuts and best coffee. Beats Dunkin hands down. If they had happy counter staff they would be 5☆

It seems like this place has been stuck in a time-stop bubble. I remember the same Asian couple running the place for as long as I can remember.
That said, the donuts are probably the best you will find in the county.
